My daughter is 5, she is on the spectrum and has been in a 'crib' her whole life. Before this, it was just her mattress on the floor with the crib rails around it. For safety and to avoid her eloping during the night. Well, we decided it was time for a big girl bed and this was the one I chose.It is adorable! She loves this bed! My husband put it together and was able to do most of it himself and only needed my assistance for a few steps.There were a few issues. Some holes weren't drilled all the way through, or there were no holes at all for places screws were supposed to go. The slats for underneath the mattress just sit there.... Which made us really uncomfortable. So, he ended up screwing them into the bed frame. But, the slats are kind of warped. so it wasn't easy to get them down properly. They are just unfinished slats of wood, kinda messy looking and you'll definitely get a splinter if you touch it the wrong way. I'm going to circle a few in one of my photos. I took a sanding block to a few places that were especially bad.Also, I don't know if it is just a personal preference or issue or what. But, I really hate seeing screw heads on furniture. It's especially bothersome to me because some of them are white, some are silver. Some are big, some are small. Oh, and none of them are able to go in at the same depth, so they're not even. Like I said, it could just be a 'me thing', but I hate it and I'm going to try to find a way to cover them or something to make it look better.The rest of the bed really is quite beautiful. She loves her little book shelf, which she has put all of her favorites in. I love the size, because she has room to grow. But also so I am able to lay with her when she wakes up 5/7 nights a week and refuses to sleep without me, which was the big reason we got her a new bed. 😅All in all, this was a great purchase and I can see this bed lasting her a long time. Other than the slats, which we're going to have to just replace & the screws I'm going to have to figure out how to hide, it is a great little bed.

Great quality, strong and sturdy. The dark grey matches everything. Our son tosses and turns in his sleep and I was nervous he would role off the bed so I got the fence to go around, GAME CHANGER! Definitely worth the money!

I had high hopes for this product when I opened it but as soon as we started assembling it, you could feel it’s not sturdy and durable. For the price, I was hoping for something that would at least last a few years. It Is easy to assemble as it comes in 6 pieces. With a few screws which might be the reason of it moving so much.

Overall a good floor bed- install instructions could be a little easier to read- my husband had to redo a few sections. It has held up well so far- we like the book rack for goodnight books

It’s alright. Not great, not the worst. I did have higher expectations when I bought it. Several of the holes for the screws were not cut properly so it took much longer to assemble than it should have. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be although not the worst either. It came with a crack in one of the pieces. I personally don’t think it was worth $230
