Laut Info gibt es 3 verschiedene Stärken (10,20 und 30 lbs). Habe 2 mal 10 lbs erhalten und einmal 20 lbs. Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ansonsten gut, die Stärken für mich nur zu schwach.

These bands are great. They are perfect for at home use and the gym. When i can’t get to the cable machine i use these. They include three different bands with different levels of resistance. They’re comfortable and secure. They secure with velcro straps that are easy to take on and off and fit smaller size ankles as well as bigger size ankles. I love the color. A must have for the gym girlies who adore pink.
