Sure makes short work of cardboard boxes! And blister packaging too! I mean it really zips through material ! The first thing I did was charge the battery, it uses usb c which is awesome. Then I decimated the box the scissors were in. It works on thick pieces too. I wouldn’t go more than one layer thick if you had to but it can do it. Just not as fast. Perfect for carpet and linoleum too. Cuts very well. Super sharp blade. Comes with a replacement blade as well. Comfortable to use and hold. Nice big battery capacity too. I’ve held off my review because I wanted some real life experience using this scissor tool. I’ve never had one and with some of the negative feedback I wanted to try it out and I can honestly tell you today that this new tool is great. Cuts very well and if you don’t exert excessive force it cuts very well. If you let the tool do the work these scissors will last a long time. It’s never jammed, never stopped and once you have some experience using it daily you’ll see it’s very smooth and straight. Run time seems good and with a USB-C charge port it’s makes it very easy to recharge. Great buy.

I’ve had this for 6 months while writing this review. I’ve only had to charge it once. The battery life is excellent. It comes with a spare blade but I haven’t had to change it yet. It cuts through boxes with some forward pressure but the tool does the hard work. Once you get it started it is actually pretty quick. It has powerful cutting and will cut through any cardboard you throw at it. My only gripe is it is usb micro and not usb c. But usb is still nice because I don’t have to keep a special charger around. That was one of my main reasons for buying this brand.

Safety is why I bought these electric scissors. They are much safer than using a razor knife for cutting cardboard. It cuts through cardboard as fast as I can push it through the material. Holds a charge well. Long lasting. Seems well made. Nice weight. Well balanced. Ergonomic handling. Easy on and off. There are at least a hundred different makes of these things available but I can't imagine any cutting better than this one. You cannot go wrong buying these electric scissors. If you're reading this review you don't have to go any further. You will be happy with this purchase.

This is a great tool for breaking down cardboard boxes. It helps me recycle. All my delivery boxes. Works great. So far the charge seems to last a long time. I recommend this product

This has to be one of the best items I have bought in a long time. The item requires 2 buttons to start the cutter blade spinning so you don't accidently start it when not in position. It glides easily across board when cutting but does not cut more than 1 layer at a time, which I did not expect it to. It did not require a lot of force for squeezing or pushing if I cut along the direction of the corrugation which made cleaning up my garage of oversized boxes that did not fit into my recycle bin so I could not get rid of them easily before!

The Zeite 4V Electric Scissors make breaking down boxes a breeze. As long as you hold it properly - with the blade area pointed downward - it zips through cardboard boxes like a knife through butter. It has a comfortable, ergonomic handle and the powerful 4V Li-On battery can go weeks to months on a single charge. Just for kicks, I tried it out on a 1/4" wood panel. As expected, that was too much for it, but it works great for it's intended uses. It's neither heavy nor very big, but just the right size. I ordered it after watching a review comparison, where it came out as one of the top brands, even over some expensive, name big name brand competitors. Some had bigger batteries, but they cost much more and still didn't rate as highly. It comes with a nice storage bag, instructions (the small text is difficult to read), a spare cutting wheel and a mini USB cable for recharging it in your favorite USB charger. It also has a place on the end for a lanyard or rope for hanging it. I think it's a product that will make my life easier and will be well worth what I gave for it.

what a fantastic tool! where have you been all my life.! everyone should have one of these! no more Stanley knives or scissors to cut up cardboard. one of the best tools I've ever bought.

Habe mich sehr über diese Schere gefreut. Dann wollte ich eine fleece Decke zuschneiden und das hat nicht gut funktioniert. Hab sie wieder zurück geschickt.

I got this in the hope that it would help me cut up my cardboard for recycling easier. For thinner pieces it definitely helps but when we get up to thicker pieces, I have to use a lot of force which is not easy for me as I am disabled, I still think it’s a good product. It just doesn’t do everything I want to.
