Really delicious bread and stays fresh for a long time - it is very good quality and much healthier than supermarket bread - I buy it regularly and worth the extra money to feel healthy eating it

I used to really hate brown bread when I was a child, but over the last two decades, I have been using only brown/wholemeal breads + protein breads, but kept struggling to find one that was 'always' nice/palatable... I detest the brown breads that seem to fall-apart because they're full of air - I prefer a 'heavy', dense, slightly chewy brown bread, and if I'm honest, THIS is pretty much the CLOSEST bread that ticks more boxes than any other has thus far! The slices are actually quite big - a lot bigger than the most famous brands' versions of brown/wholemeal bread! There is NO 'end' slices (the crust slices at the end of every standard loaf), which is interesting to say the least! The slices are exceptionally 'filling', especially when used to make a bacon sandwich or peanut butter, honey + jam on lightly toasted slices - usually I would use x3 slices for a sandwich & x2 slices for light-toast, but with this bread, I only need x2 & x1 - it is incredibly filling! The texture is not bad, it is, as aforementioned, semi-dense and has a slightly more 'chewy' texture than most standard loaves; I like these slices, they have a good 'weight' to them and don't fall apart or crumble when spreading food-items on it's surface (toasted OR un-toasted). It leaves a pleasant aftertaste and reduces my persistent heartburn condition, which is a first! The general taste is quite appetising - it is not 'earthy' or bizarre-tasting - I actually enjoy using it. It came with a more than acceptable "Best Before" date - which is "19/12/25"; received on '11/11/25', so will keep for approximately another 5 and 1/2 weeks, which is really good! I usually refrigerate my bread, have done for quite some time now, more notably since it seems to slow-down the fast-growing mould that seems to plague nearly every batch of bread I had purchased within the last year, especially! (I did notice that with only a rare few batches, that condensation forms within the sealed loaves - usually on certain brown + protein bread brands - and also on BOTH of these loaves, within about 3-5 hours after placing them in the fridge, I noticed that there was a slight build-up of moisture, so I removed them from the fridge... usually I would place kitchen roll in with the bread to dehumidify the micro-atmosphere). The main attraction for these x2 loaves, was the affordable price and the lack of the terribly-dominant "keto" franchise that seems to be 92% of ALL bread sold by Amazon (most prominent when searching for brown breads!). I hope that these loaves last as long as they say, because I go through a single loaf in about 2-5 weeks, depending on various factors, but generally don't like to use more than 5 slices every 2-3 days, sometimes only 2-5 slices every week, other times 0 slices for up to 2 weeks... that is why I like to refrigerate my bread, to keep it from going mouldy before I use a quarter of the loaf. anyway, in conclusion, nice texture, feels good to bite-into, kind of a bit moreish, taste + texture-wise; it 'feels' and 'goes-down' like a proper brown-bread should, which is exactly what it should be like, so it scores high on the legitimacy test - it has the heavy-set properties and slightly chewy consistency of a decent, dense brown bread and not fragile & full of air like the leading brands... All in all, it is a worthy contender for an enriching, filling AND tasty/pleasant wholemeal/brown loaf, that can be used in practically any way you please (without it falling-apart or being a chore to consume due to the unpleasant taste like most other versions have). Great product, would purchase again; highly recommend - much better than white bread (and keto)!
