Medipaq Metatarsal Gel Cushion Pads 1 Pair 3-7.5, Ball of Foot Support

These are brilliant I have tried insoles that were made for my feet no relief from pain but these gel cushion are amazing they really help with my painful feet that’s why I have 3sets now

The gel pads inside the fabric are small for UK size 12 feet. They do not cover all the ball of foot area. The pads also looks very thin, but at least they still help to improve the pressure in the covered area. Unfortunately, the unprotected area is still vulnerable to develop blisters (something I also wanted to avoid wearing these gel pads). I had one gel pads from a big chain of pharmacies and they were big enough to cover all that area and thicker. Definitely, these gel pads are better for smaller feet (I bought the UK size 7-12 version). Other issue is that the friction of the elastic bands has caused blisters in my small fingers and the middle one when there is the separation between the big finger and the others. Thus, I have to put some tape to protect my fingers. I'm still wearing this product even though I need to take some extra measures before going outdoors wearing them.

Update - After nearly 2 years of using them on & off, I actually think they're better than I thought, my criticisms are still valid, but I've really needed them recently due to metatarsalgia pain & they really helped, I just wish they were slightly bigger. The irritation I originally complained about seemed to go away after a while, so if you can put up with them for a while, they seem to get softer. As a man with a size 12 foot, I'm at the absolute limit of fit for these, so take note men. They do the job they're made for & at a very fair price, but the criticism they've received in other reviews are correct. I couldn't wear them for more than a few hours, before the toe fabric rubbed & became too uncomfortable to wear. I'm mainly at home so I didn't need to wear with shoes, but if I tried slippers, it was just too tight a fit,so after a couple of wears, that was it . If you have chronic skin cracks so that you can't walk I recommend them, otherwise try fixing your skin first.

I really wanted these to work, i have Mortons Neuroma and they relieved the pain for about 20 minutes until I could no longer bear the discomfort. I am a Uk size 9 so ordered the 7-12 size. Unfortunately the seams are so tight that it cut into my foot between the toes and then around the foot. I had to cut the stitching at the toe area and then the seam around the foot became unbearable. See photo, this was 5 minutes after taking it off! I wish the people who designed these had to wear them for the day, the seams are so big they just cut into the foot I also tried to alleviate the elastic pressure around the rim by cutting the elastic. This has worked for the discomfort of the elastic but now it doesn’t stay in place. All in all they are not great and as I have tried to make them comfortable I can no longer return. Which I absolutely would if i hadn’t needed to try and find a way to relieve the pain. A waste of money.

I bought this as I have been suffering a lot of pain in my left big toe after hiking, after wearing this on a 16 mile hike I had no pain. I will be buying more.

Only given 2 stars as the cushion pad is comfy, otherwise it's a 1 star. The whole thing moves as soon as you start walking so it doesn't stay in place for more than a few steps. The bit between the toes is really hard and uncomfortable when you're walking.

They look like they won’t make a difference but they really do. Helped me heal from the aftermath of going over on my knee at the gym and for 2-3 weeks after I was in agony with pain behind my knee, outer hip and lower back. Sought medical help thinking I’d torn a ligament and they advised it was metatarsal stress caused by my flat foot and recommended these. Problem solved and will continue to use these

As with all here I'm obviously buying this as I have increasing foot pain. Histroricaly arthritic pain in big toes and more recently beneath big toes and balls of feet. I'm slim, 6ft 1, 12 stone. and otherwise healthy and walk between 20 and 40+ miles a week. I have size 10 and a bit feet. Tried these all day inside socks wearing trainers.....a little tight and they moved about a little causing creasing in pad material that generated discomfort that required removing footwear to adjust. . Overall the pain in the ball of my foot is reduced and so thumbs up for that, but these are far from comfortable to wear and by the end of the day I could not wait to remove them. It's kind of like replacing one problem with another.

Die größeren Teile sind trotzdem sehr eng bemessen. Die Stoffteile sind mir viel zu fest in der Struktur und die Löcher könnten etwas weiter sein. Die Größe XL fehlt generell!

Utilizo estas almohadillas diariamente en el gimnasio, para entrenamientos de alto impacto tipo dance / Zumba. Cuando no utilizaba protección mis pies sufrían mucho, me salían callosidades, ampollas, etc. Estas almohadillas han solucionado parcialmente estos inconvenientes y con ayuda de otros protectores mantengo mis pies libres de ampollas. Sin duda volveré a comprar más porque dispongo sólo de un par y tengo que estar lavándolas diariamente. Al principio es posible sentir alguna molestia o incomodidad entre los dedos, pero luego uno se acostumbra a estas almohadillas. El gel da bastante comodidad al pisar. Recomiendo su compra.

Travaillant en usine agro alimentaire, avec des bottes peu confortables, enfin et grâce à ses coussinets en gel plus aucun échauffement plus aucunes douleurs. J'en suis ravi plus que satisfaite. N'a pas bougé au lavage en machine.
