I bought this product again because I lost it and loved it so much I knew I couldn't go without it on my next flight! Comfy and great for sleeping on planes. I always roll off the travel neck pillows, and like my face being supported. Unlike normal plane rides where I get off stiff and my neck hurts. I felt refreshed and smiling brighter than anyone else on my plane!

A genius idea for the way I tend to sleep on a plane, I took it to France with me. I only used it with the strap around my seat leaning into it like a massage table. And it was great I could breathe it didn’t bother my earphones even put my silk belly dance veil over my head and made a little tent, with my air purifier it was wonderful because I am also chemical sensitive. The downside is that it’s relatively bulky and heavy. And for us chemical sensitive people it is memory foam which is pretty toxic. I noticed this before my trip and I unzipped it out of the case washed the case, wiped the powdery stuff off the memory foam and replaced it with Clay to hopefully absorb some of the chemicals. Then I aired it out for a couple days also. It made it tolerable but on the way home it needed to be done again and I didn’t have time, so I didn’t even use it. If I could figure out a way to change out the memory foam I would keep it, but it is engineered right in.

I went on a long flight! It was great for sleeping forwards. As long as you keep tension on the straps; it will stay put along the top of the head rest. It works with a pillow top seat as well!! No worries of blocking monitors behind me. I slept hard, and long! Very comfortable! No problem. No hunched backs, or neck soreness. It’s pricy but, since I feel comfortable leaning forward with my arms hanging it is worth the price for me. It has long straps and can be adjusted by pinching the hinges. I’ve tried both the pillow head rest and without a pillow. I like the pillow best. You can get a non slip grip on the pillow top. The over the seat top can slip sometimes. Every product has positive and negative features. For me; the positive outweighed the negative. ( side sleep, back of neck) not as good. Table top and forward leaning is the best!

This thing is heavy to carry around while traveling. Forget the strap over the headrest, it doesn't work. Tried positioning it every which way but could not get comfortable. The tilting was at an odd angle for my head and face, and you can't fine tune the angle. This was pricey. A total waste of money. I missed the 30 return option, otherwise I'd send it back.

Good idea but poor execution. Doesnt solve the issue of low tray tables. Also, not sturdy so... if you place your head on the pillow as it sits on the tray table your head will wobble due to weak sides.

It’s soft but not worth the money. My neck and shoulder hurt. Could barely sleep on the plane.

I bought this pillow thinking that it was gonna be so comfortable but IT IS NOT AL ALL! Is so not strong. It doesn’t hold your head, is so not stable, it wables around like jelly, etc. Dont fall for it like I did is not good!
