I bought these not knowing where I was going to place them starting off. After deciding I first stuck one on my bed frame, but due to the magnetic force it was difficult to draw from an awkward position while laying in bed. So I removed it, which was difficult at first but the adhesive retained it shaped and adhered again easily on another surface. I then decided on the first set to attach them to the inside wall of my safe door to secure pistols so I could use the shelving for mags and ammo. In short, I will purchase another set or two in the future.

There are alot of different magnet brands on here, but I went with these just because there were 2 in the box, instead of one. I am sure glad I went with these. I put one in my truck for my pistol, and it doesn't move a budge. The magnet is so powerful that I keep the pistol in its sticky holster, and the magnet holds the pistol in place thru the holster. I am about to get more of these to display my other pistols in the gun cabinet. If you are trying to decide which one of the magnet brands you should get, you won't go wrong with this one.

I absolutely love these magnets!! I put one in my jeep and it holds my 9 mm ruger hand gun very well. I've gone over several large bumps without worrying it will fall off. It's a strong hold! And it won't scratch the gun! The glue wasn't quite strong enough on its own so I used the screws but it works great! The glue was almost strong enough... but I was worried about long term use so I put in the screws right away to prevent having to worry about it etc. Great buy! Totally worth the money!!

Love that it really holds my firearms securely hasn't drop the weapon once even on hard stops. I place the second one in the camper next to my bed not dropped during travel.The adhesive supplied worked fine on the wall on the camper next to the bed. But in the car under the steering wheel you will need much better adhesive or use the screws supplied I chose better adhesive and superglue did the trick.

These are very strong magnets. What I really like is that I can keep my gun in the holster and the magnet is strong enough to hold both so the gun is not directly in contact with the magnet. Even though the magnets do have a protective rubber coating I prefer the firearm in the holster. I have a Vedder kydex lighttuck holster and the strength of the magnet is easily strong enough to go through the kydex and hold both in place, upside down if need be. I chose to use the screws to instal and not the adhesive.

This magnet is extremely strong. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one and it is well worth it. I was able to use one magnet to hold my shotgun horizontally with out worry that it would fall off. I like that there are multiple magnets in each one with one magnet facing the opposite way so what ever you stick to them will not become magnetized itself. I have one mounted under my work bench with two fully loaded full size guns attached and they aren't going anywhere unless I want them too. I am going to order some more very soon.

I love these. I mounted one in my truck, tried the sticky tape first but my dash is not smooth so it didn't stick, with the screws and my Masada does not move. Have to give a little tug to get it free. Powerful little magnets. The plastics cover keeps the gun safe from scratches. The second one I used the sticky tape to mount it on the side of my nightstand. Worked very well. Gonna order more!

These magnets came with mounting tape and screws. I don't think that I would trust the tape by itself, and use the screws to secure the magnet. These hold full-sized pistols (H & K USP) and an extra magazine. I have had these magnets mounted for a couple of years, and they continue to do their job.
