Apparently on some German marque brand cars now, the front number plate is stuck on. Mine came off in a powerful car wash. So I invested in this tape and wow... talk about strong. I used about 12 strips on my car reg after cleaning the back of the reg plate and the area where it'll be stuck to thoroughly. It grabbed immediately and that was it, it was that easy... and due to its strength, it was going absolutely nowhere. Fortunately I had it aligned perfectly (Luck not judgement). I drove over 200 miles the next day and it has held firm since then and it's been on now coming up to a month with no issues. Thickness wise, it was perfectly suitable, yet discreet... approximately 3mm ish. Is it a quality product? Absolutely and highly recommendable.

Used it to tape my wing mirrors back on, perfect all rounder tape. Requires no skill and after around a month my mirrors are still perfectly stuck

Honestly I had very little hope for this product. I was absolutely thrilled to find it has worked & kept my number plate where it’s meant to be. Most plates sit flat and flush with the cars body, unfortunately mine curves around the front bumper slightly, giving some tension pulling away from the bumper - hence why I expected it to fail immediately. I didn’t even bother scraping all the old sticky pads away I had such little hope, but even with my poor half arsed attempt at following the instructions, after holding it firmly for 5 minutes, it stuck and hasn’t come unstuck in months. So easy to use. Worth every penny.

Second time I have bought this so can confirm they do the job very well, only reordered due to a change of car. The only niggle is that the backing on one side is very tricky to peel off, trial and error resulted in me using a Stanley blade to catch one corner of the plastic film, makes it far easier than trying to use a finger nail.

My car registration plate had started to fall off after the double-sided tape I originally used completely lost its stick. In need of a quick fix, I gave these Tiger Tape Sticky Pads a go. To their credit, they did the job initially—nice, strong grip and easy to apply. However, with the recent spell of hot weather followed by heavy rain, things went downhill fast. The heat seems to have softened the adhesive, making the pads loosen, and then rain probably got in between the pad and the plate, finishing off what little hold remained. Overall, I’d recommend these as a short-term fix or emergency backup, but you’ll want something more robust for a permanent solution—especially with unpredictable UK weather in play.

Great value if you need to change both numberplates over. Had issues with my plate mounts sticking using VHB tape so thought I'd give these a try, as soon as it made contact I made sure to apply light pressure for 60 seconds as per the instructions and they're absolutely stuck solid! Both backing material is easy to remove unlike some others. Very easy to apply with minimal prep needed, I wouldn't look forward to removing them 👍
