Excellent quality for crafting and home fragrance
This oil is top-notch. The patchouli scent is strong but not overwhelming, and it works perfectly in my homemade candles and soaps. It’s a bit more expensive than some options, but the quality and scent longevity make it a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend for patchouli fans!

Smells like dirt, but in a good way
If you know what patchouli smells like vs what you think it smells like because of bath and body work, it's perfect. Adds a nice hint of earthiness to whatever you're making. It can be a little overpowering if you use too much so just a drop at a time and smell it.

Wait too many bottles but it is definitely a wonderful scent
P&J I want to say the reason I'm returning this fragrance is because friends of mine got together and bought me several bottles of this since I was so interested in purchasing it so I really don't need to keep the one that I have it's unopened and unused but the smell is delightful and it is unique Love it tremendously definitely five stars

Iffy in cold process soap
Smells great in non-lye products like beard balm and solid fragrances. Blends beautifully with other fragrances and mellows to a "masculine"cologne scent in cold process. It doesn't give the pungent kick expected from patchouli. I haven't tried it on its own. That might tell me more about how to use it effectively in soap making but with this brand, like others, this is an expensive experiment...
