This brand is excellent and provides high-quality audio. I selected this off-white color because it appears delicate and sophisticated. I recommend the 3M Littmann brand; it offers good value for the price, is user-friendly, and is lightweight.

A little expensive but love the satin finish

Love this stethoscope! Use daily at work. Great quality, can hear heart/lungs well! One down side is white / cream color gets stained from hanging it on side of computer, so I have black marks.

She loved them. She is a nurse and apparently the materials that it's made out of makes her happy

I love my cardiology IV stethoscope! The satin finish is fantastic, doesn’t catch onto my hair and is much easier to bend. The tubing does feel a little fake/flimsy since it is so light, but the sound is still great!

Brand new RN here! I was beginning to wonder if I needed hearing aids with my cheap nursing school stethoscope. I couldn’t believe how much more I could hear with this stethoscope and was able to identify adventitious breath sounds pretty quickly and hear an insanely quiet murmur! If anything ever happens to this stethoscope, I would purchase it again. Easy to switch from adult to child as well and I’ve used it in multiple departments, not just cardiac. It’s the perfect length and durability that a busy nurse needs. Highly recommend!!

No son distribuidores oficiales de Littmann 3M España, tuve sospechas de producto dañado, ya que la holografía de la caja no coincide con la original de Littmann y el fonendoscopio, a pesar de ser del mismo color al comprado, no tenía buen rendimiento acústico. Espero que solo fuese en mi caso.

Ich habe bereits schon mehrere Littmann Stetoskope gekauft. Dieses gefällt mir bis jetzt am Besten. Die Akustik ist tatsächlich noch einmal besser als bei klassischem Littmann Stethoskop. Auch das Design ist wirklich sehr schön mit den schwarzen Metallteilen und dem unauffälligen weißen Schlauch. Wenn man in der Pädiatrie tätig ist, ist es praktisch, dass man den Kopf je nach Alter des Kindes einfach drehen kann und entweder die kleinere oder größere Membran verwenden kann. So braucht es keine 2 Stethoskope mehr. Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es deutlich schwerer und wichtiger ist als das "normale" Littmann.
