The media could not be loaded. I ordered this to use with my iPhone 13 Pro; The device comes in a small box along with its manual and one micro-sd card 128gb Lexar; The setup is quite straightforward; however, in order to connect my iPhone to the device, I needed a USB to Usb-c adapter(not included), so I had to buy an adapter… Once I downloaded and installed the device App, I connected my phone to the device, and it started backing up my photos, including WhatsApp photos (which I found very helpful); The backup process took probably over 2 hours as I had quite a lot of photos on my phone; What I most liked about it is that it charges the mobile phone at all times… So, basically, every time I connect my phone to it, it starts charging the phone and backs up the new photos at the same time. Very clever device and a really nice solution if you don’t pay for extra space in the iCloud. If it weren’t for the required adapter(not included), I would have given it five stars…

At first, the product looked great and the features were similar to other products I owned. It worked well after I installed the dedicated app.The first issue happened when after a few weeks of not using it I plugged it and an error message appeared. It couldn't read the SD card. I had to format the card on a computer. This kind of issue can happen and could be linked to the memory card and not the device.The second issue destroyed the product as you can see in the picture. It melted when charging my phone overnight. Trapping the card inside.Conclusion product to avoid as it can be a hazard

It didn't work! It just kept on telling me that there was a connection problem when I went to plug it into my android phone (Samsung Galaxy A12). The same thing happened when I plugged it into my wife's brand new Samsung Galaxy A55! There is nothing wrong with both phones! The issue seems to lie with the device itself! It simply will not load up the photos or albums on both of our phones! I'm going to send it back as it simply doesn't work!

This is a great little way to back up all of my important files and photos that I keep on my phone so I don’t have to worry about losing anything again. It does require an app, but once you download the app and set it all up, then it automatically backs up the files when you charge your phone.I don’t use this every time I charge my phone, but I plan on using it at least once a month just to keep everything safe. The app is easy to use, and I simply control what I save when I plug my phone in. It works perfectly, and makes it easier to automatically save pics I don't want to lose.

Too complicated, having to download an app, use cloud storage and you have to buy a separate connection too. Not worth it.

This product came in a very well packaged box. The manual is easy to read in that the print is not small. My main use would be to select pictures & videos on my Android phone. With that being said, I did not have a need to install the app. I just connected it to my phone (note that it did not fit with a case on the phone) and it was recognized. I just used a file manager program and was able to copy files over to it. When connecting to my computer, the speed was pretty good. It transferred at just over 70 MB/s. Writing from PC to drive, it transferred at just over 60 MB/s.When connecting to Android phone, nothing extra is needed. But when connecting to iPhone, I found that you need a USB-C to Lighting cable and also a charging brick. A little extra, but it still works.Overall, this is a very good product, which will come in handy when you're low on storage when you're on vacation. Recommended.

I received it yesterday and tried it right away. So far, it's really good. I can easily save all the photos & videos from my phone to a micro SD card effortlessly, using the provided app! It's way better than trying to plug my in-phone micro SD or the USB key from my phone to a computer! So far so good!

Had to do initial backup 4 times before it captured all pictures. Wish it could backup other files. Especially video as it already does pictures in camera roll. Voice memos would be another plus.Little expensive in my opinion
