I have pets who are in and out, and humans who are messy, so I like to try and clean the floors daily (kitchen tiles, and living/dining room and hallway hardwood floors). I was previously using a steam cleaner which was great but the cables are such a faff. I wanted something cordless to replace it and although this doesn't produce steam, it is really good for whizzing around the floors in the morning or after cooking. It literally takes five minutes for a freshen up and it actually gets up dirt and spills really well. It also picks up any remaining pet hairs that the vacuum didn't get. The floors dry quickly and I haven't noticed any puddles, or any streaks. It's easy to take apart and clean (the water tank does take a bit of finger power though) and the rollers can apparently go in the washing machine (not tried that yet, I've been washing them in the sink with a bit of laundry liquid). It's a shame that the base isn't actually a charging station so that you can just plonk it on, but plugging the charging cable in every couple of days is really no hardship. Overall I'm really happy with it and am really glad I got it. I'd say it was worth the expense.

My mum seen one (larger) advertised had never seen one before. I decided (despite her pretty large square footage tiled floor) to buy this one to see if she liked it and if she required the bigger one as it seemed a wee bit large and cumbersome for my mum. It's perfect for her she loves it. Easy to operate light and works a treat, for those thinking of getting one I would recommend it!! Do clean your rollers and the waste water after each use, will keep you machine tip top! No more mop and bucket, thinking of getting one myself, as the bucket is always in the way, mum says (she's 80) makes life so much easier and actual fun!! Who would have thought that for cleaning floors!! I took one star of for the price it is supply two extra rollers (already bought) and what is with the tiniewinchie bottle of cleaner.... really!! Bought a litrr of the stuff as it says not to use this that and the other. But that size is kinda ridiculous.

I should have purchased this months ago. Makes light work of the hard floors and the colour of the water that is emptied is quite frankly, disgusting! Save your knees and your back and get this

This product promised a solution for washing our floors. At first, we were very pleased with it. It reaches right up to the skirting boards and doesn't drench the flooring. However, after a couple of months, we had to return the washer to Karcher because the water from the container stopped flowing. They repaired and delivered it back to us, and once again it worked ok. Here we are, yet another couple of months down the road, and it's failed again for the same reason. We contacted Amazon again, explained the problem, and they asked us to return it. We told Amazon that if it goes wrong again, we want our money back.

Pros: Looks good - sleek and modern Lightweight - certainly compared to other hard floor cleaners Can clean right up to edges - most hard floor cleaners leave a 1 inch gap all around your floors Good cleaning - on my solid wood floors, it is the best cleaner I've used Easy to use Cons: Leaves streak marks When you first use it, or use it with dry rollers, it makes disconcerting noises and often cuts out until the rollers are wet Overall - not bad but not great. OK for a quick clean, but the streaks ruin the finished result

I never knew I needed one and now can't live without it. It's such a handy tool to have especially if you have lots of non carpeted floors. Either for cleaning or mopping up it's perfect. Little pricey but definitely brilliant at what it does.

Works great light weight

This is my second attempt to buy a karcher cordless mop, the first one arrived and had a fault ( it sounded like a Halloween ghost screeching really loud. I returned it and had a second one delivered, that was not so loud so today ( first chance I’ve had) I happily set about mopping my floors , unfortunately when I filled up the clean water reservoir. I noticed there was a tiny hole at one side with water spraying out everywhere , ( clearly faulty again ) I’m not sure if it’s possible for them to send me just a new reservoir as I don’t want to have to return whole machine again and I’m really not sure how to contact seller direct to ask this question. Not what we have come to expect from karcher sadly, quite disappointed. In fairness when I actually used the first one it worked well cleaning the floor but the loud screaming noise was unbearable .
