Will it fit a car’s bucket seat? Is it really higher in the back than the front?

Hi, thank you for the question. The wedge seat cushion is suitable for most car bucket seats as it measures approx 3.25" at the back and tapers off to 0.5" at the front. The cushion measures 17.5" along the front (side to side) and 15" from front to back. Hope this helps. Lucy.

In what country is this manufactured?

I have searched all of the pillow itself and there is no indication as to country of origin. After some research, I believe it is made in the UK. It us well made and does the job for me. I am 4'10" and it adds just enough to made visibiity comfortable for me.

Does this better the posture?

In my situation, Sacroiliac pain, using this cushion helps by changing my posture to lessen the pressure on the joint. I use it mostly for driving and sometimes on the dining room chairs when I use the table like a desk. I also use it when sitting on the bleachers in the park. Check out my product review.

What wedge pillow would give me the most height as I am short?

The Ergonomic Innovations wedge pillow gives you about 3.25" in height at the back of the pillow which is higher than most sold here on Amazon. Hope this helps.
