PIZZA vom feinsten!!
Macht richtig Spaß mit dem Pizzaofen Ooni Karu 12G. Die Temperaturanzeige ist sehr von Vorteil im Gegensatz zum Karu 12. Die Größe ist ausreichend. Der Ofen ist in 15 Minuten einsatzbereit. Eine Pizza ist in gut 1 1/2 Minuten fertig und richtig lecker. Ich heize zur Zeit mit Holz, bin aber am überlegen auf Gas umzustellen. Grund einzig das reinigen wegen dem Ruß. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Magnifico e pratico
Eccellente forno, testato per la prima volta con legna di ulivo (circa 5 pezzi per 6 pizze e 40 rostelle). Raggiunge la temperatura ottimale in poco meno di 16 minuti e dopo di ché basterà aggiungere qualche tocco di legno per mantenere la temperatura. Le pizze si cuociono molto velocemente e difatti dovrò prenderci ancora la mano ma per essere la prima volta son molto soddisfatto. Provato a cuocere anche le rostelle (con la bistecchiera in ghisa ooni) e qui il risultato è stato stupefacente... cotte in 2 minuti senza nemmeno doverle girare, meglio che farle sul barbecue.

Decent product, struggles in some conditions to get hot enough
The Karu 12G is pretty well made. Get it hot and it will cook a perfect pizza. The door is definitely good to have, as the Karu does struggle to get up to temperature. Especially if you have some wind outdoors, this oven has a hard time getting that temperature up high enough (using wood). The claimed 10 minutes is simply total BS, it will take at least 20 minutes to get it up to temperature and constant feeding of fuel.

Excellent product
This was a wedding gift for my son and DIL. I have an older Karu 12 which I love but the house g d door w a window and the thermometer are significant upgrades. They love it. I use mine w pizza screens which really help gluten free dough rise nicely

Worthh the learning curve
Wow!! Very quick to heat up using gas. I thought cast iron pizza was good until we started using this oven. Takes some trial and error to perfect but the result are delicious.
