I’ve been using this smart ring for a few days now, and I’m honestly impressed by how much functionality and technology is packed into such a small, sleek device. The design is minimal and stylish it looks like a normal piece of jewelry rather than a bulky fitness tracker, which makes it easy to wear all day and even while sleeping. It most definitely is thicker than a normal wedding band in width and the way it fits on your finger but not a deal breaker by any means! One of the biggest highlights is the health tracking. The ring provides detailed insights into sleep quality, heart rate, activity levels, and even tracks stress which seems to be spot on! I especially love waking up and checking my sleep score, it gives helpful suggestions that actually make sense and have helped me improve my routine. The activity tracking is a little different though if you talk with your hands I’m pretty sure that counts as steps BUT I prefer this ring over my watch especially since I swim…a lot! I appreciate not having to wear a watch or carry my phone everywhere to stay on top of my goals. Battery life is another strong point. I can go several days without needing to recharge, and when I do, it charges quickly. The companion app is clean and easy to navigate, presenting data in a way that feels informative rather than overwhelming. You do have to change your preferences if you’re in the US to feet and Fahrenheit! The app for the ring is also amazing and I’m super glad there’s no subscription! I may stay with this ring because I’ve heard Oura isn’t free and it seems to do everything the $500 ring promises! Comfort-wise, the ring is lightweight and smooth, so I barely notice I’m wearing it. It’s also durable and water-resistant, which makes it great for workouts, showers, and everyday life. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that sizing is important — getting the right fit makes a huge difference in both comfort and tracking accuracy. Additionally, some of the deeper insights require a subscription, which may not appeal to everyone. I actually ordered a sizing kit for the expensive Oura ring and decided I’d get this cheap one before I commit to $500 and I am a whole size bigger in this than the Oura ring! Overall, this smart ring is a fantastic option for anyone who wants a cheap yet powerful health tracking option with less tam lines and bulkiness!

Please ignore my fat fingers... This ring has been fantastic so far, I've showered with it, wash my hands, and I've worked out. The app is free and tracks a lot of different things! You can choose to have it check your heart rate, body temp, stress etc.. every 30 minutes or set it to check those things manually. I set mine to check everything every 30 minutes or hourly and this does use the battery faster. I usually need to charge it every 3 days or so. But If I don't do thoes settings the battery will last much longer. It has a sport option that you can choose from a very long list of sports /exercises that I have been enjoying! I included a short list of some of the options you can choose from but that list is really long! I wish I could search for what I'm looking for instead of scrolling through it 😅 and I wish they included VR gaming but sadly that's the one thing not on the list. But it tracks your sleep, steps pretty much everything! I'm very happy with this ring so far for sure. I haven't tried the more expensive smart rings so I'm not sure if I'm missing out on anything special, but as of now it's doing everything I want and I'm not being charged more for the app! The only downside is that I need to open the app to see my steps and or anything else, it's not displayed on the ring it's self. For me that's not a deal breaker for the price I paid.

I like the ring. The app is not as user friendly as I had hoped. I have had it for awhile now and I still feel like it isn't reading the way it should. Or I just dont know how to read the app. Also the ring is losing its gold on the edges. So for the price I paid...it's fine. You get what you paid for. But when this goes out will I buy this one again...no.

Works pretty good and give you the feel for what a more expensive smart ring would be like. Only thing I wish I knew was if it was waterproof or not

Use this more than my Apple Watch, the step tracker is a little off but i like The sleep and the heart rate that it tracks! Nice for what you pay

No matter how many times I tried, using every recommended technique, I was NOT ABLE TO PAIR the ring to my phone and I returned it the same day. This is my 3rd smart ring, so I know what I'm doing. Anyway, I may go back to using RINGCONN. It only lasts about a year before the battery dies, but at least it pairs and is reliable.

The normal rings re like 200$ this was 50$ and it does everything I needed to and more. There's even games if you find yourself bored lol
