I’m a sucker for new serums so, when this became available for review, I decided to give it a try. Most of the text is in Korean but with words like “botulinum” and “repair” in the listing description I’ve been using this as a serum (after my toner) - even though it comes in a jar (like a moisturizer). The lotion is milky white, medium thick, with a tolerable scent (I prefer unscented but this didn’t linger so I can live with it). It soaks in quickly with the slight tackiness that I associate with most serums. To date I’ve had no issues (skin sensitivity, irritation, breakouts, etc.) but YMMV. I’m not sure how to explain it but I do feel SOMETHING with this product, best described as a sort of tingle, so if you have sensitive skin this may be a bit intense for you. It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already using it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system (which this definitely is!), it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way my skin looks/feels but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly. If I have positive results I would definitely order it again at the current list price of $19.90. *Footnote: While posting my review I noticed the “How to use” in one of the last photos: “Tip: use as a sleeping pack applying a thick layer to the entire face at the final step of the night care.” Definitely not the way I’ve been using it so I’ll give it a try and update my review if/as needed!

Cons: -A thick layer as it is recommended in the instruction take as long to absorb.

I've been using this APOTHE Peptide 11 Botulinum Tension Up Repair Cream for a couple of months. The packaging recommends applying a thick layer before bed. The thick layer tends to take awhile to absorb even on my dry skin so I apply it after nightly shower but before actually getting into bed. A thinner layer would not take as long to absorb. There is a light fruity scent (maybe peaches) that fades as it is absorbed into your skin. My skin feels more nourished and softer on the mornings after I've remembered to apply it in the evenings. I am almost always happy with the quality of Korean skin care products including this one. They use quality ingredients most of which are recognizable.

I tried APOTHE Peptide 11 Botulinum Tension Up Repair Cream (50 ml) for several weeks, and here’s how it’s been working for me: What I like The texture is silky and light. It melts into skin without feeling heavy or greasy. It gives a nice boost of moisture right away, and my skin feels plumper and more supple after regular use. Fine lines look a bit softer, especially around areas where tension shows (forehead, between brows). It layers well under other products (serums, sunscreen, etc.) without pilling or messing up what’s underneath. The formula feels advanced (liposomes, peptides, ectoin) but without making me nervous about irritation. My skin tolerates it well. Overall great value, quality, effective, and a good scent.

This moisturizer goes on smoothly, and a little goes a long way. There is a light and pleasant scent, but it's not overwhelming. It absorbs pretty quickly into my skin, and feels hydrating. I didn't notice any difference to the tension of my fine lines and wrinkles, but it may take a while to see any changes. Overall, it's fine, but I probably won't make it part of my daily routine.

This cream feels nice going on my skin. It spreads easily, and a little goes a long way. It is a little sticky right after applying, but it soaks in quickly and the stickiness goes away. My face feels very smooth and hydrated after using this. It has a very faint, pleasant scent that doesn't linger once the cream has soaked in.

I really love this face cream. Now that I’m in my 40’s now and I am trying to be proactive about my skincare regimen. This product is packed with lots of active ingredients for maximum benefits. It is silky and creamy, yet lightweight and absorbs quickly. It leaves my skin smooth and soft, feeling adequately moisturized all day. I tend to have trouble with products that pill after applying but that doesn’t happen with this cream (yay!). This makes it an ideal base layer for the application of primer or foundation/other makeup. The ingredients are actually quite good, most are things I would use in my own DIY cosmetic products that I make for myself. The only thing that I don’t like much about this is the fragrance, it’s a little too strong for me. It’s obviously not a dealbreaker, I just wish they used less.
