Solid product , works as advertised , has instructions for installation yet lacks instructions on the meter , I'm using 8 awg wire with room to use 6 if needed , simply answer , I would buy another * Note , pay attention to the wiring polarity going into the meter

Excellent product that is very well made. Easy setup and works very well…met all my expectations. I would highly recommend it to someone needing something like this for their project.

So far so good. I have wired the box. Put power to the box. I have not tried to over power it to test the limits of the breakers. Each outlet is wired separately for LINE and NEUTRAL. The ground is daisy changed. The color code for the LINE and NEUTRAL does not match the USA or EU standards. Black and Blue were used for the colors of LINE and NEUTRAL. My main breaker is shown as 63 amps. With 20 amps for each of the 4 NEMA 5-20 outlets. I have shorted it one star for no documentation of meter, main breaker, individual breakers. The specifications of the devices and wires and enclosure should be available in single PDF form. What voltage built for? AC and/or DC? What amperage built for? Grounding warnings? Safety messages? (I know most of us ignore this part, but still...) Indoor and/or outdoor use?

I bought this receptacle box after watching Will Prowse. As in his video I built a power backup system for grid power failures. Pros: Good build quality, has main breaker and individual breakers for each receptacle, good properly sized wiring. Cons: Requires electrical knowledge to wire (I know how to wire AC wiring but some may not). I highly recommend this product for building a solar generator or for an off grid solar setup.

I really like the way this distro box is put together. The 5-20 receptacles hold the plug tightly. The internal wiring has crimp ferules on each end. Note: The Neutral (usually white in the USA) is red on my unit. The enclosure has hinge straps, so the face doesn't hang by the wiring when open. The circuit breakers feel solid. The GFCI rating is 30ma. I will probably modify my unit. I will make the neutral from the buss bar to the outlets individual wire runs. The neutrals are presently chained together in pairs from the factory. The combined current on the neutrals could exceed the wire's rating. 40 amps is a lot for a single conductor of the present size.

Took forever to arrive. Upon initial setup. The Meter doesn’t turn on. The test button on the Main breaker doesn’t do anything. My 110 V 3 light ST120 testor from Fluke says the Hot and Grnd are reversed, Even though I can physically trace the Grnd to the Grnd Bar and to my grounding. And the Output of the Breaker to the positive terminal on the socket. And the support button here on Amazon takes you to prewritten try this statements. A Clear Fail all around.

Amazing idea However ❌ Running 20 amp through 14gauge wire is not good and if your going to run heavy loads i advise you to rewire with 12g ❌The major issue with these is they ran dedicated 14G common lines to each 20 amp breaker with neutral lines being ponied off each other making up too 40amps running through a 14g neutral wire Can be rewired However its a major fire hazard and should have never made it past QC department I was going to by more but after seeing how this was missed I am going to just build my own I wanted to also get a few of the 220 ones But now going to look elsewhere Other than that (pretty major) The concept is perfect and hope they fix these major issues

Outlets improperly wired for stated load draw. Not a good design.

Just purchased 2 of these units. From other review's it seems to be whatever cable reel is nearest at time of build as to what colour goes where! The blue or neutral in my case was daisy chained between socket 1-3 and 2-4. This could cause overheating and or possible fire on socket 1 or 2 if all sockets in use. As you can see I have taken the small wire out and replaced it with the correct gauge and colour.

So watch the will prowse videos on these on youtube and buyer beware. I bought the 60a which is 4x15!!!!amp (not 20a as labelled in the listing). Misinformation automatically gets less than 3 stars. Note will prowse was likely reviewing the 80a version (20a per leg) where this is 15a The wires are 14awg (2.5mm2), which are rated for 15a (i believe) and breakers are 15a. Honestly I would pay the extra money for bigger wires and feel safe. This feels borderline. Will I use it, yes, but not unattended and definitely not running 15a on multiple outlets lol
