Tastes terrible. Makes your mouth numb for a few minutes. HOWEVER. It works great. I have always had trouble sleeping and staying asleep. This stuff knocks me out within an hour every time. I sleep longer and without waking up as much. I even went down to a half dose (25mg instead of 50mg) because it works too well. Fantastic value! Much cheaper and somehow more effective than buying bulk Benadryl or diphenhydramine pills, even though the dose is the same. No more Unisom, less melatonin, goodbye every other sleep aid. This is the new king of my bedtime ritual.

I’ve always had a brain that once the switchboard lights up, it becomes difficult to get back to sleep. With this product I find myself feeling more rested the next day. I am able to awaken during the night and go to the restroom, return to bed and go ba k to sleep. Strong taste but the results obtained make it worth it. Did not upset my stomach. It will remain a definite add to my medicine cabinet.

It worked fine, but oh my goodness did it taste awful. Thankful it was such a tiny dose. It made my tongue feel funny, numb, I guess. Very strange and lasted about 10 or so minutes. It came with a syringe instead of a little cup. Doesn't seem very sanitary and hard to clean. I recommend a hard pass on this. I'm throwing mine away.

I took this and actually felt kind of buzzed and couldn’t fall asleep. It was as if I was mentally rested yet conscious. Something up here. I took half a shot glass. I enjoyed it but I wanted to sleep. This was weird

Really works, BUT DON'T TAKE MORE THAN THE 3mL DOSE! I didn't have the dosing syringe, and used a measuring cup. It was just below the 5mL dose, and I figured it was fine because it was such a small difference. My legs were restless for over an hour before I was able to fall asleep after that! Every other time with the 3mL dose, it was totally worth it and worked! The taste is CLEARLY straight diphenhydramine - a bit tangy and bitter, but fully tolerable. This is literally the only thing that really has worked for me. I've recommended it to others. I would CERTAINLY like to order more if it becomes available again!

For the price this product is well worth it. It helps me sleep better. My opinion

I’m someone who struggles with getting to sleep and more importantly staying asleep for length of time. This product was recommended by a friend and has been a game changer. It helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep with no groggy side effects when the alarm goes off. While I’m not a fan of liquid medication, it’s well worth it to get this amazing restful slumber. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!!
