Watch the video on installing the stick extensions
I love this whole package. I originally thought I'd only use the grip for my huge hands and the travel cover for flying, but the stick extensions and back button pads felt incredible. I applied the screen protector as well and it's a bit on the thick side, but it's fine. Overall my hands are happier all around and I can still use the Valve dock normally. My one complaint is you can't plug in a charger with the face shield on, that would have been nice for overnight charging with peace of mind. I ended up not using the silicone rings under the Ryze sticks. If you apply them like the video on YouTube explains, they go on and off easily with no damage and none of the hassle the rings introduce.

Great protector, grips a big improvement
You definitely feel like the deck is well protected with the top piece on, and the grips are very clearly a quality of life upgrade. For anyone looking for a sling, the tomtoc 5.5L Sling Bag, Heavy Duty Crossbody Bag is a perfect fit with the StylthGrip attached.

The best grip case.
Great case. The grip on the handles is exactly what you’re looking for. It’s larger than most other cases but slightly less than the 3d printed slip on grips found on Etsy and etc. only downside is the charging port is blocked by the screen cover when installed, you can bypass this by buying a cheap (5$ or less) 90 degree usb-c adapter. Now I can charge it while it lays on my bed and no worries about the screen getting dink’d with something.

Very good case
Screen protector it comes with is meh but I didn’t buy it for that. I bought it for the case and it is amazing. It feels really nice in your hands and is protective. If you you’re not using it just pop the top onto it. There isn’t really a need for a screen protector unless you have children. Then seek out a heavy duty screen protector. 10/10 recommend

It's almost good, but only almost.
So I really wanted to love this case, but there were issues that made me return it.1. All of the ports are covered. I understand that this can be a good thing, however I was hoping at least the charge port would be uncovered. I have cats, and they knock things over all the time, so I always have my cases on when charging, and I wouldn't be able to do that with this case.2. The front armor just felt like brittle plastic compared to my JSAUX case. When it went on it felt nice and snug, but it also felt like if I dropped it once, it would protect my Steam Deck, but it would also shatter.3. I got this new in the box, however the back section of the case, near where the rear buttons are, was slightly warped. So over all this case so was close to being good, but it just wasn't there. I know they are dropping a 1.5 version soon, hopefully some of these issues, if not all of them, will be corrected.

Case prevents shoulder button clicks, in certain angles
The way the grip wraps up and over the shoulder buttons, it actually prevents me from pressing the R1 and L1 buttons, in the way I hold controllers. I rest my index fingers over the top trigger buttons, so I press them with the first major joint of the finger. However, with the Satisfye grip, I have to hook my fingers over the grip, and is just not comfortable. I confirmed this with other Steam Deck grips, which do not have a wrap around piece in front of the shoulder buttons.Take a good look at how you hold a controller, to make sure for yourself, because the wrap around sections on the shoulders are much more thick than they appear in videos and photos. Also, the grip is very tight, and you have to be careful when applying it to make sure it isn't pulling and getting caught on the seams and buttons of the deck.

Not a fan; it changes the balance and weight distribution, which actually causes more strain for me.
The Steam Deck has extremely comfortable ergonomics just by itself, but I wanted to put some kind of gripcase on it for protection. This one seemed like a good idea by making the grips much more bulbous and pronounced which I thought would only improve the ergonomics. It turns, it just makes them worse. The problem, for me, is that the extra size means I can no longer cradle the device in my palms, so instead all of the weight ends up in my fingers. That makes holding it up at vertical angles a little more strenuous, and just isn't as comfortable in general. I ultimately wound up getting a Skull & Co gripcase and putting the Mepatem hardshell cover over top of that.

Gotta love Satisfye!
This was a "must buy" after my time with the zengrip they made for the switch. It fits my steam deck like a glove and feels awesome in hand! The cut outs for the buttons are perfect plus with the addition of the travel cover. Screen protector and stick grips. I am 100% Satisfyed 😎
