This is a beyond excellent product. I transported my medication on a 10 hour flight from London to Portland, Oregon. I put my meds in the case at 10 am and I used a hard ice block like you do in lunchs. Then I added loose ice in a zip lock bag around my meds and closed this case up. It maintained a temperature from 32 to 37 the entire flight. I was stopped at London Heathrow airport through security wanted to me to open the case up to inspect. The case went up to 41 degrees but then when I closed it went back down to 33 degrees. My medication was in the case for 15 hours. I arrived home and it was still cold. DO NOT HESITATE to buy this case if you are worried. It will work. Just pack in an ice pack and pack it tight with loose ice around in a small zip lock. I am so thankful I bought this.

If you have peptides and you are in sorts of therapy and traveling this is a 10h granted that your medication stay at the right temperature, very easy to use very well done zipper very strong, I would have preferred with more storage but I don’t do so many peptides so works perfect for me!

Although TSA did not refuse them, they were flagged Every-time I went through security. So expect some additional screening. The cold packs did a great job of keeping meds cold for a 6 hour total flight time. The RX area is very small. I had to be careful not breaking the vial with the hard ice packs.

This worked fantastic going thru TSA at the airport was a breeze no question asked kept my injectable pen perfect and cold for the full 5 hr flight until i got to my destination.

This travel case kept diabetic medication within proper temperature for over 12 hours using the provided the packs. Even after experiencing a 2.5 hour delay added onto trip time. The amount of added space for other items came in handy too !

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this medication cooler Travel case. I have been pleasantly surprised and I’ve only had the product a few days. The freezer ice packs which come with it are very high-quality as is the case itself. This is a battery operated device, which shows digitally what the inside temperature is, which is vital if you must travel in order to keep your refrigerated medication’s at a proper temperature. Though I have not been on a long journey yet, I have been using this for a few days to take medication with me to work and it is incredibly accurate. I have left it out for 12 hours at a time and it’s working to keep my meds cool. My husband and I are going on a cruise soon and I will be traveling overseas to visit family and I plan to take this precious little package with me. The size of the case is a little bulky yet it’s absolutely worth it if you must travel along distance with refrigerated medication’s. I ordered my case in blue and I truly love the color. It looks expensive and high-quality. The design is smart and easy to use. Great value for what you get!

I love being able to feel confident of the temperature by viewing temperature display. I drove from Fernandina Beach, FL to Orlando, FL & it stayed where it was supposed to.

I purchased this bag to carry injections that I need to take which are more bulky than insulin pens. I think I can get about 4 to 5 injections in at the most. My injections need to be refrigerated so it will keep them cool in transit until I can access a fridge. Quite pleased with the product. Generally I wish these bags were made bigger for people like me that have to carry bulky injections and not insulin ones.
