the ability to swap the whole hot end is great for my p1s. its great that i can swap out just the hardened nozzle

This hotend is the best Mod I have found thus far for a bambu labs printer by far. The ability to change nozzles quickly and to use CHT nozzles has really been a game changer for me. My print speeds have gone up a little higher. With the CHT nozzle I have been able to hit very close to 500mm/s with PLA. PLA! Given how much less it is to buy a nozzle for this hotend, vs buying a new hotend from Bambu Labs. A new CHT (high flow) nozzle is between 6 to 20 dollars (if you want a ruby nozzle its in the 20's). So $6 dollars for a new nozzle vs $35 from Bambu Labs. Setting up the hotend can be a bit of a pain in the butt, the first time (but it is exactly the same procedure if you are going to set up a new hostend from Bambu Labs. dont use too much of the heat contact paste for the heater, then slide the clip in the right orientation onto the hotend. Screw in your nozzle, then put on your sock (after you clean your hands from the contact paste). Add the fan to this hotend then you can mount into your P1S or P1P.

Aside from being assembled incorrectly with the space for the heat element and thermistor being 180° from where it should be, the throat wasn't properly seated so filament came out from there while printing. Blobs of filament seeped out down the side making it pretty much ruined and garbage. Thanks. Now I have to get another replacement...

Been using it for about 6 months daily and worked great from day one. I will probably put them on my other printers as needed.

I don’t know why all these negative reviews. ?? I feel like this nozzle works better than bambu. It’s so much easier to change going from sizes. Have not had any issues with print quality. I immediately bought another back up. This is a great product. A little tip. Heat It up a little and it comes right off for changing

Honestly it was easier then it looked after I got the parts and looked at everything - finding the picture I've added made all the difference... especially since my hot end was covered in plastic and unable to see it to compare.

The way the nozzle sticks out from the sock is leaving it exposed. This causes the filament to stick to it when it expels filament. The stock Bambu nozzle exposes very little from the sock. This is causing issues with my prints since installation. Other than that it works. Might be ok for a backup hot end, but I'll have to order another hot end that is stock from Bambu to get proper prints. Edit - Spent more time with it. Moved the sock down closer to the tip. Calibration cube prints, but shifted mid print. Never happened until I installed this hot end. Honestly, I think its unusable at this point. Waiting on a original Bambu hardened steel .4 hot end assembly.

Very good replacement on my P1S. Saved the day getting this next-day.

Ce KIT est parfait si vous voulez pas acheter des assemblages completes de toutes les diametres ( 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm..... ) avec les fans, et le termostat et l'element de chauffe .... vous avez juste a chauffer la buse a 240 degrés et vous changez la grosseur de buse d'impression, sa se fait en 8 minutes, sans tout debrancher !!!, je suggere cet achat.

Unless you're planning on installing a genuine heating element and sensor, don't waste your money. Didnt work out of the box, and just really poor quality. it has a removable nozzle, which i imagine you can swap for a tungsten or ruby, but youll still need the proper electronics. so if you just want a product that works out of the box, just buy an actual bambu assembly... THE GENUINE ONES ARE ALSO CHEAPER!

The retaining clip was a little tricky to slide on but I just used one of the wrenches it comes with to nudge it on. Great solution for the price.

Bought this for the ceramic heater and put it in my SV08. Fit perfectly and was delivered overnight. I just had to cut then solder the wiring to the SV08 plug.
