Thumball - Who Are You? - Award Winning 4" Kids Social Conversation Skill Development Ball

This ball is a big hit in my classroom. I use it in the beginning of the year for icebreaker activities, and even later on for brain breaks. The kids love having a reason to toss a ball and it’s soft so that it’s less likely to hurt anybody. Value for money is great so far, being tossed around for about six months it still seems just as durable. Great quality and lots of fun for my students.

Used this in a junior high CCD class. They enjoyed the break in serious stuff & it took away any social pressure for those who did not fit in.

I like this ball a lot. I used a thumball in one of the workshops I attended and thought it would be a great first day of school activity. I teach high school, and this ball's topics a great for underclassmen. It allows them to share little bits of information to give them a sense bonding with their classmates. One thing I do have to say is the 4 inch balls are not really for high school students/adult hands. The squares are smaller and I find older boys tend to have their thumbs in two or three squares. However, almost all girls and most boys are able tell which square they are in. ** On a side note, I do realize that the ball has pentagons and hexagons instead of squares. For high school students, I wouldn't recommend this ball as I find Thumball Ice Breaker 6? a better choice.

We brought this to a special needs High School class my daughter visits. Not only did the students have fun tossing the ball but the teacher and staff had fun as well. The ball encouraged everyone to engage in an interactive way and the room was full of animated conversation. The students couldn't wait for their turn. We also tossed the ball around at family gatherings and everyone had fun answering questions. I'm always on the lookout for tools that help my daughter interact and engage in "natural" conversations with others and this was right on target. I'd also recommend the un-game.

This is a fun 'ice breaker' game/ball. This ball is small, but big enough to read the questions and toss around. The pro to the smaller size is if you have to go to off-site meetings and carry it with you, it isn't too cumbersome to bring along. I would buy this again - and recommend it to others.

Great icebreaker tool, but way too expensive!

I love these thumballs and they're great to use in the therapy office, especially with teens. THis particular one has not fallen apart on me yet like the other one I bought did after 1 month.

For the price of this it is really super small, but I guess I need to read between the lines. I think it will be fun for our family to play hot potato with it, and ask questions on the ball that you normally wouldn't ask

The ball is everything it says, but the size is pretty small. I was surprised when I got it. Otherwise, the ball looks great.

Really disappointing, I did not expect the ball to be this small. After one use it also ripped. Very disappointed in this product

It is good, I am a supply teacher so I use it as a get to know me game but I have noticed that it is missing the r in summer.
