A friend had purchased such a vessel, impressed by its qualities, though I never sought one for myself, as my own lifestyle didn't require such a thermos-like companion. A 'gilded cage', the pane of glass, beyond its borders, life unfolds. As the days turned to months, one feature of the drinking vessel, beloved by my companion, became particularly noteworthy: its long-lasting temperature retention, thanks to the double wall vacuum insulation. This ingenious design locked in the temperature, allowing beverages to remain cold during warm summer days and warm through the chill of winter. I had been looking to replace very tired Thermos cup with handle for a while, and wanted something that was not as tall and didn't have a handle sticking out. Mainly because the height of that cup got in the way of the cup holder in my car which is in the centre console and not at vent / dashboard height. I found driving a HGV the handled taller cups got in the way if the cup holder is on the dashboard. I also don't feel the need for 500+ ml of coffee. This cup is a similar size to the disposable ones that a lot of cafes / coffee shops use with a textured cardboard holder so you can hold it hot. This cup feels solid and well made, the textured holder is still there although as a bonus it is built into the cup design and doesn't move.The lid seals very well...my coffee was still hot over 2 hrs into a drink the other day. No leaks whilst drinking. The whole thing feels solid and weighty. It cleans up really well inside. No funny tastes which you sometimes get with plastic lids. I think for the money it is excellent value and if I got 6 months out of it leak free / heat loss free I'd be happy, and if it started to wear down its well enough priced anyway to replace.

These travel mugs are great for keeping drinks hot for a long time. They look nice and have great colours. Nice and easy to clean too! I have purchased 2 of these, one black, one teal. The black one is perfect with no leaking. But annoyingly the teal one does leak from the lid so any slight tilt, and it spills out the top! Not sure if I was lucky to get a non leaking one… or unlucky to get a leaking one! 😅 Other than that, these are great travel mugs!

I first bought one of these (in red) around 3 years ago. I've used it daily and it lasted really well but nothing lasts forever. I had no hesitation in buying the exact same cup as a replacement. I have made coffee at home, travelled 3 hours to an office and the coffee is still hot when I arrive. My only issue with the cup is that it doesn't fit in the cup holder in my car. It's a fraction too big which is frustrating, but that's just one of those things. I transport it standing up tucked in my bag and so far, there haven't been any leaks. I cannot recommend these cups enough. For the price you pay they are an absolute bargain.

This keeps drinks hot for a long time even in cold environments, when the cap is on the lid it’s completely leak proof. Really nice to drink from and comfy to hold, also cleans easily.

Quality! Doesn't spill. Keeps coffee really warm. Easy to wash and does not stain.

Great size, fits in car cup holder and keeps hot drinks hot

I bought 4 different makes of these travel/insulated cups/mugs, they all function pretty much the same, stainless steel double walled lining with some sort of either paint/laquer/plastic coating and all sorts of caps with different stoppers. None of them leaked when shaken up and inverted with hot liquid inside, but then i wouldn't expect them to as they are all brand new, only time and use will decide how resilient the seals are. In terms of heat retention (I wasn't interested in keeping drinks cold) I tested them all the same way, preheated each mug with boiling water and then poured 350ml of boiling water in, and sealed them. I can only say that the claims made by all the manufacturers that these devices keep dinks hot for hours is absolute twaddle and misrepresentation. Buyers who reviewed these mugs claiming that their drinks stayed hot for hours certainly have no understanding of the word “hot” After two hours the contents of all of the mugs had dropped in temperature to around 50-55c…that is not “hot” in the understanding of “hot” tea or coffee and reviewers are greatly exaggerating the performance of these mugs. If you make a hot drink like tea or coffee, it will be pretty much only warm after 2 hours. If you like your hot drinks hot you would need to consume them within an hour and a half or less for them to be reasonably described as “hot”. All of these type of dual walled stainless steel mugs, no matter what make or design…or price, are going to be around the same or worse performance, quite disappointing actually. I'm afraid if you want hot drinks to stay HOT for a few hours you will have to go back to the old fashioned Thermos flask situation, and by that I mean the glass walled Thermos & unfortunately they are prone to shattering if dropped or abused but they at least do what it says on the “tin’ I really don't know why when buyers review these things they make wildly exaggerated claims about drinks being hot “hours” later, its just simply not true, if you like tepid tea and coffee, fine, I don't, hot drinks should be hot and cold drinks should be cold.

Isolierleistung Spitze, Dichtigkeit super, (so gut dass wenn man Kohlensäure im Getränk hat, der Schaub-deckel wegfliegt wenn der Druck zu hoch wird) sollte der Becher im Auto (im Becherhalter) benutzt werden lasst den Trink-verschluss offen! -er hält trotzdem lange die Temperatur. #noch was er ist komischer Weise schneller Leer als eine Flasche mit gleichem Volumen!!

I've had this mug for forever now and just bought it as a gift to a friend. Mine fell down onto stone several times and there is no leakage, the heat gets stored so well that I'll always have to wait for about an hour to drink my tea without burning my mouth. Also, this mug is so easy to clean! Definitely recommend!

It was up to my expectations, keeps my coffee warm for a long time, it is of a perfect size for me (2 cups) fits great in my car and seems strong enough. It's sometimes a bit difficult to open, but once I understand how to grab and twist the cover it's no longer an issue (it was for the very first time I tried to open it). I think I will buy one more for my wife...

für daheim und die Arbeit gekauft ( "Zeitauktion" - Uhrmacher-Werkstatt da darf NIX auslaufen .. ) und die Becher sind einfach Klasse.. Kaffe bleibt lange warm, mir ist schon einer mal umgefallen, und es läuft nix aus; obendrein tolles Material, bei leidlicher Pflege färbt sich das Metall innen nicht dunkel, was bei anderen Tassen und Bechern oft passierte.. kann ich nur empfehlen, toller Thermobecher !
