Never did or helped anything, don't waste your money.

This does not work for me at all. Even after cramp it made no difference to the muscle soreness. No good for me .

This made my cramp worse and now refusing refund.

Received all okay. Used only a couple of times so far so will re -review once seen if makes any difference

Very small bottle , and no better than other much cheaper floor cleaners

When it works it is great. Occasionally some cramps will not go away with this product. Still recommend as when it does work the relief is fab.

This wonderful product was delivered overnight and is a real lifesaver! It works fast and effectively on leg muscle cramps. I have also used on shoulder muscle pain with success. The texture is a light gel substance that dries quickly after it has been rolled onto the skin. The product would be great for seniors who need quick relief without much effort. There is also a foam version of this product that is equally wonderful if that suits better for your needs.

It's my life saver, always have one next to my bed, and next to the couch. It makes the muscle's cramps and spasms go away immediately. Very effective.
