I'm sad to say I prepped in 2 different ways and neither time did I feel much response at all. Just a gut full of mud 🤢It didn't even make my tongue go numb after 4x the recommended dose. And I have reverse tolerance by how and still nothing.VERY disappointed

The Happy Warrior Kava Powder is of excellent quality, especially if you're looking for a wakeful, energizing Kava that also promotes great sleep afterward. It's well-blended and goes quickly, but the price is fair for the quality you get. You'll experience a nice numbing effect if you knead it correctly with a fine strainer. I recommend hand-straining using a kava strainer for the best results.

Worst taste but does the work. if you cant sleep u might wanna try this it will calm your body down n put you to sleep

I tried two scoops in a mug with some sugar in hot water and stirred before trying it. The taste was bitter even with the sugar. my mouth feel numb. Had a stomach coming so I threw away the rest after a few sips. It did not provide the relaxation I was expecting.

Excellent quality, if you're going for wakeful energizing Kava (which ultimately leads to great sleep as well). We'll blended. Goes too fast, but fair price for quality.

I am new to kava and saw this advertised in a Hawaiian magazine. The product came with no instructions so I had to Google how to make it. Only then did I realize how involved it is. The product video shows someone soaking the kava in a cheesecloth pouch, which did not come with it and I have had a hard time finding in stores. After improvising a few times with other things I had around the house, the taste and strength just is not doing it for me. Unfortunately, there are no refunds so I'm stuck with it.

It seemed to work. But I didn't like the taste. I'm just really not sure about this product. I only tried it one time.
