Useful cotton pad for castor oil pack.
I read that you should use organic cotton pads when using castor oil. I already had the liver pack but noticed the inside is not cotton. So I bought these pads to go inside. They work really well. As there are 2, I can use one while the other is being washed and dried.

I probably would have preferred it to be a bit deeper to cover a slightly larger area of the abdomen.

Third time to come back and purchase these. These are truely Organic and I have found them easy to use and keep clean. I love the quality of them and they are a thick well-made cloth that work well as pack-inserts. They also might be a slight bit more expensive than other generic "organic cotton" cloths sold here on Amazon but, I don't mind as the company does provide thier third-party testing papers right here on thier sales page. And compared to other big name brands, this company provides good quality at an reasonably affordable price. Five star product!!
