My cats love this fountain. The large tank provides them cool fresh water for several days, but the best part of this fountain is the customer service. I clean the the bowl, check the filter and clean the pump every time that I refill. This last time, the pump would not restart. I contacted the company and a lovely person promptly responded. She suggested that I clean the pump. When I told her that I already did this, she shipped me a new pump with a two year warranty. They have the best customer service for a good product.

Its been 3 weeks of usage so far, has no major issues, been running 24/7 (Other than cleaning times). Pump is working perfectly fine (it has a 18 months warranty which is a very nice add-on). My cat of 3 months seems to love it drinking a noticeable amount of water. The large container of water is able to easily last up to a week. Pros: - Large water storage, can last a week(You should be washing it weekly anyways) - Quiet motor, you can barely even hear it - Nice and simple fountain design, makes it interesting for cats - Very easy to clean with it being made of stainless steel. You're also given a brush for hard to reach spots - Filters works perfectly, catching most inpurities that could get into the water - Can be easily taken apart for cleaning, from the lid, filters and even small parts on the pump. - Easy to assemble with little to no instructions Cons: - No water level window, you must make sure the water level never gets to low or it could damage the pump - Gets water stains near the edges of the bowl, nothing washing can't get rid off MUST WASH WEEKLY or you risk the development of mold or other harmful bacteria Overall, the water fountain is a great deal especially considering the price. In my opinion the pros outweighs the cons making this purchase 100% worth it.

My cats liked the one of this that I got that I ended up getting a second one. I liked that it came with extra filters (although the second one I got shorted me one filter). It holds a lot of water that works well for my multiple cats to the point it can last multiple days before it's time for me to refill it. It's quiet until the water level gets low, it's easy to clean, and does very well at filtering out hair and debris.
