Seems to help me settle and sleep
These seem to help when I am struggling to settle down and get to sleep. The effect feels fairly gentle rather than making me suddenly or heavily drowsy, but I do seem to fall asleep more easily after taking them. I also prefer trying a traditional herbal option before considering anything stronger. Sleep remedies will affect everyone differently, but based on my experience these have been useful.

Tablets to relax you.
These don't put you.to sleep but they sort of help you to relax. When you open the tub there is an unpleasant whiff,in fact the tablets have a smell of sweaty feet.
