Broken
A piece on the elliptical has broken. Contacted customer service and they said 15-20 days before the part ships. I reached out again and they said they are back logged at the warehouse area so it could be longer. Completely useless to me as Iโm going week three without being able to use the elliptical, and it is just taking up space in my garage now. There are more more negative reviews than when I purchased the item. I would have picked out something else had I know the hassle of this machine.

Great purchase
The media could not be loaded. ย I honestly saw a lot of negative reviews, which made me skeptical of buying at first but I thought the building process was actually pretty easy, took me and my boyfriend, maybe an hour to put it together and moves very smoothly Youโll definitely get a work out from it.

Squeaky!!!! And keeps getting loose
This elliptical was easy to assemble. I followed the video instructions exactly.However it keeps getting loose. No matter what I do. Iโve had my strongest friend tighten the bolts. They still get loose after I use it. Therefore itโs useless to me

Works well
This would have a 5 star review except one of the parts on the handle bar is cracked. I didn't notice it right away, and it does not hinder the use of the machine.It is fairly quiet, and certainly does the job. Assembly was ok, I did it by myself so a bit heavy but worth the exercise.This gets used everyday, and has held up very well to abuse. I have drug it all around my house and moves super easy.

Works good but squeaks from the tension inside the sealed area
The packaging was very securedDirections good UNTIL the last step I had to watch the video. Be sure to take the side cap off and run wiring up and through the center to avoid pinching. ALSO **** the screws on the back of the monitor are the ones that secure to the stand. MINE DID NOT ALL LINE UP SO I ONLY GOT THE TOP 2 IN

Creeky and wobbly. Not worth the money.
You've been warned, invest in a better quality eliptical if you need one. Functions, but not very well.

Beware of damaged product
When unboxing and inspecting parts, hardware and tools I noticed a wire damaged. Instructions say contact manufacturer not amazon. So I've been in contact with YUSODA about this and they say it's on back order long lead time. But I'm able to get the part from oversea warehouse if I want to pay for product and shipping fees. Not customer service. Believe they scaming for more money. Will not purchase anything from this company ever.

Not stable enough for average male. Certainly not for fat man.
Its good for small to medium people but really rocks and moves with 200lb to 300lb persons. Also has short glide stroke so 6-ft persons will find the leg motion restricted. Knees feel like buckling as leg wont extend enough for knee motion to be natural. Shipped in good packaging fairly easy assembly. Screen doesn't work yet so I need to fiddle with it. It s good quality otherwise but its obviously designed to be deliverable by UPS. Just falls a bit short.
