Recieved a defective product earlier. I think the seller received a defective product from another Amazon customer and he sent me the same without checking because it had an older bill of 6 months ago of another buyer. Seller and Amazon were prompt to send me a new item. Item is very sturdy I already have a Cooker but as Aluminium cookware is not healthy I wanted to replace it with a stainless steel cookware. I think evryone should discard their aluminium cooker and get this. It is extremely durable and supreme built quality Stahl has maintained its reputation by delivering a quality product. I think this will last me until the day I die. Just note that it will attract scratches and not maintain its shine as you scrub it for cleaning

Worst ever experience with Stahl cooker.. The cooker valve bursted while on the stove in 10 days from the date of purchase, in spite of enough water level in the cooker!! This was followed by worst customer service from Stahl!! When tried complaining to them on this, there was no one available on call (they have been on Diwali break since last Monday), only one revert here & there on whatsapp was available... On that also, they are plainly denying defect in their product and saying that, it happened due to less water in the cooker and offering only a replacement valve, that too through courier. Mind you, this is within product warranty as the cooker is brand new!! We had given our old cooker on replacement and this new cooker valve bursted, as a result we were left with no cooker during the Diwali festival... Please don't ever buy any Stahl products, as their after sales service sucks big time!! They are plainly fooling and cheating their customers!!

Mismatch in alignment of cooker/lid/Handle, when closed, suspect it's a problem with a whole lot, i don't know if they have identified it or not & wonder how it passed Quality check,or else they are intentionally pushing through defective lot of cooker's for online sale. ( Luckily it was returnable,returned it, i did not go for replacement as i suspect that a whole lot is with same issue. Other product's like tope,Kadai etc. are good but cooker has an issue of misalignment.
