Is the crystal photo black and white or colored?

Crystal photos are engraved by countless laser points inside the crystal, so they are black and white. Normally paired with a light base to make the crystal colorful.

How do I know if my image is high-quality?

Higher pixels clearer photos give better results. We will contact you if there is a problem with the photo.

Should I choose to remove the background or keep it?

If your background is nice or meaningful you can choose to keep the background. We will make the background a 2D display.

Where will my words be carved?

Text is engraved at the bottom of the crystal by default. If you have special requirements please leave a message with us.
