I love these! I'm female with size 7 or 7.5 feet. However I hate the color, it's not even close to what is shown as orange. I received a flat, extremely bright construction orange one. Be aware! I have need for discreet colors etc bc of what's allowed where I work and live. I'll have to go very much out of my way to hide this one, or will have to order another one like black or something sadly. I already have dark green, but need a light color to keep at work and in my car, so it's an approved color but not easy to lose. I may send this bright, flat orange one back.

i work where i stand for like 5 hours a day and my feet kill me when i get home i got this to see if can help. i used it for about 5 min on each foot and feet feel better ill be using this when i get home nightly would recommend

I was skeptical at first because NOTHING works on me. I have flat feet and wide feet. Every insole and eqipment can never satisfy my feet. I need something to target my foot points and It did! I use it at work!

It started as a foot massager, but ended up being a dog toy. My dog will not leave this thing alone. Oh well, at least he's having fun. For those wondering, it is well-built, so it can be used as a dog toy in my opinion. It rolls smoothly, has a nice texture for them to grab onto, and it's easy for them to bite down on because of the shape.

No sabía si funcionaría o no para la fascitis pero sea por el rodillo, porque ha dejado de hacer tanto calor, por todo junto, o por lo que sea, está mejor. Se siente bien fabricado. La parte exterior está hecha de algún tipo de goma mientras la interior es de un plástico fuerte y rígido. Me parece muy honesto por parte del fabricante, avisar de que presionar sobre algunas zonas del pie, puede ocasionar picores. Por lo que entiendo, dice que si no eres capaz de soportarlo o te produce molestias, podrías devolverlo. Un 10 para esta marca. Ahora bien, hablemos del uso y los picores. Si es cierto que según donde ejerzas presión, produce picor por el pie. No es un picor insoportable pero tienes que rascar. No pasa siempre que lo usas, solo ha pasado 2 de veces de unas 10 que se ha usado. En general estoy contento con el rodillo. Además de que posiblemente es capaz de aliviar el dolor de la fascitis, también relaja el resto del pie. Puedes usarlo en el trabajo si estás en algún puesto sentado/a, sentarte en el sofá tranquilamente y usarlo mientras tomas un café... Para gente con poco tiempo, recomiendo comprar 2 para usarlos a la vez. Mas que devolverlo, creo que compraré otro. Mas que por el tiempo, por la sensación de hacerlo en los 2 pies al mismo tiempo. Primero se adelanta un pie, y después adelantarías el otro mientras el anterior vuelve atrás. Mas o menos como caminar pero estando sentado. Es un articulo recomendable por mi parte pero estas cosas no siempre hacen el mismo efecto a todos. Ya sea por la presión ejercida, por la manera de hacerlo, la frecuencia... Solo puedo decir que después de unos 10 días usándolo, siento los pies un poco mejor. Y ya es decir. Dado que el fabricante tiene tan claro que podría no gustarte y pone facilidades para devolverlo, lo probaría sin duda. I’ve been looking for a good foot massager for a while and after looking at loads of different products, decided on this one. It’s great and I’m delighted with it. It has a very solid, well made feel and look to it. The quality is such that I can see it giving years of great service. This item isn’t exactly going to break, it’s really solid. I love the inner raised arch as it really gets to work underneath your foot. The hard rubber is much nicer in my opinion than plastic or even wood. There’s a wide range of colours to choose from. Because it’s rubberised it may pick up a but of fluff or dust from a floor surface so will need a quick swill to clean it from time to time but you’d probably do that with any foot roller regardless. A great purchase.
