This is a great read of one of the most popular heroes of all time... Superman! Your in for a treat!

Just think a story of Superman. I was impressed how short it was.. Just a few pages to tell the story.

Superman fans will like to see how superman begin though not much on origin the story is well written if your a true superman fan get this comic

Excellent first issue. I get to read the early beginnings of Superman . Superman always fought for the oppressed. Truly a champion of the oppressed .

I never read this issue although I've seen it everywhere and I must say it's a great read. I recommend it.

Ist Superman comic, finally read it. Course, it was 1930's. No complaints. A lot different from what 70s 80s, that I'm used to.

I always wanted to read that famous comic, Action #1, but since a don't have $1M lying around, I never have, until now. The story is definitely dated, having many of the ideas (mostly misogynistic), that we're prevalent at the time. Even more interesting is the beginnings of the Superman canon that has changed drastically since; e.g., now Superman flies, no just jumps really far. Overall, a fascinating study.

I liked reading the first story of superman without having to spend millions of dollars to do it. However, when I purchased this issue, why do I only get the superman story and not the rest of the issue?

this is a beautiful comic; it s a masterpiece, and is the best way to start reading comics and to know the story of the Kryptonian hero. It' curious that at the beginning Superman cannot fly, and that the inspiration of his superpowers comes from Insects. Something that reminds me the interpration that Bill says in the movie "kill bill". Enjoy it!

Where it all began for our man of steel. He sure was a bit of an arrogant jerk back in those days and Why not he was all that and he knew it too 🤣. A simple fun read worth a good few minutes of your time.

Amei ver a primeira história do Superman, porém devo avisar que esta não é exatamente Action Comics, mas somente a história do Superman presente na edição da Action Comics (que tinham várias histórias diferentes). As vezes, por causa da diagramação é um pouco difícil identificar algumas palavras, mas nada impossível. Recomendo pra todos que querem conhecer a história do maior herói da história.
