I am 78 years old and very active playing golf and Shag Dancing, the state dance of NC. I've had both my knees replace in 2005. Then in 2022 I had the bottom part of my right replaced. This resulted in a infection and had to be done again. So I've had my knees replaced four(4) times, once on the left and 3 times on the right. So I've had some pain in my life and Arnicare Gel was recommended to me for my various pains in my legs, feet etc. It works for me to relieve the pain to help with all my activities. At 78 you don't know what pain is coming the next day but this will really help.

Been using this product for years for a variety of reasons . It was recommended by a plastic surgeon after my eye surgery.

I’m not a big fan in general of gel vs cream (I’ve used both types of Arnica products) but the gel seems to absorb faster into the skin for me. I can tell a difference when I use it for CPAP strap impacted areas on my face. My wife uses it for bruises on her arms from our puppy playfully chomping down on her arm and it seems to hasten the healing of the bruises.

I love Arnica gel. It is cooling and soothing to the injured area. For me, it also speeds healing.

Did not work as fast as other people said, my daughter had gotten me a product for Christmas that had arnica in it. I thought it would work as well.
