If You Have Green Eyes, You *Need* Chateau!
I thought that "Chateau," whose color is described as "maroon brown," would be just the thing for my green eyes, and I was not wrong. While Chateau is lighter than I'd expected, it's well-pigmented, and makes a terrific liner. It's brown enough to pass as neutral and does not impart that dreaded conjunctivitis look, but it has a subtle splash of red/maroon that really makes the green in my eyes pop. Speaking of conjunctivitis, his shadow doesn't seem to irritate my sensitive, allergy-afflicted eyes a bit. All I do in the morning is use a thin angle brush brushed loaded with Chateau to line my upper lash lines, and I'm set for the day. Even without primer or powder, this shadow stays on my oily-lidded rather deep-set 61-year-old eyes all day with only minimal fading. It's ever so slightly powdery, but not enough to matter. I LOVE this company's [cruelty-free, eco-friendly]values, and they are a *marvelous* source for the neutral-but-special eyeshadow singles that I crave. The reasonable price doesn't hurt, either. I'm hooked! ๐

Lovely
About the size of the Anastasia Beverly Hille refills. Fits my palette. Great pigment payoff. A little darker than anticipated but a very nice dark blue.

Gentle, nice selection of colors
My favorite single eyeshadow, Cover Girl in Mink, was recently discontinued and I was so bummed since I have used it for many years. So on the hunt I went for a suitable replacement. I am not a fan of multis or pallettes since I generally end up using one or two shades and wasting the rest. Some of my purchases stung my eyes and caused tearing and burning, so it has been a journey to find suitable eyeshadow. They aren't selling many singles in the drugstores. I did find a few decent eyeshadow crayons though from NYX, e.l.f. and Julep. I also purchased the Ninja Kitty and Utopia along with the metal refillable case from Honeybee. I really like their formulas, the don't irritate my eyes and they are nicely pigmented and slightly creamy. I plan on ordering a couple more shades. I will stick with Honeybee for now (hopefully it won't be discontinued any time soon). Looking for decent singles that are gentle on my eyes (and don't break the bank, looking at you Urban Decay and Jane Iredale) has been a challenge.

Beautiful Color, but Quality Control Issues
The pigment and color of this product are lovely; however, the item I received was expired. This is the second time I have encountered this issue when ordering makeup through Amazon. Amazon needs to resolve this recurring quality control issue.

Antique is very light
I'm searching for a good eyeshadow base that won't break the bank. I ordered this in Antique. The shadow is very light, much lighter than pictured and less of a peach nude tone as it shows and more of an ivory or light cream. I didn't think it was a good choice immediately after I put it on because it is so pigmented. However, it blends ok and turned out to be fine. I will just have to be careful to only pick up a tiny amount with my brush. The pan fits perfectly in my MAC pro palette which is awesome. The last shadow I used did not and since I only use four colors I want them all in the same compact. This is going to last a long time at the rate I'm using it. I would buy it again. I'm looking at the other colors they offer and may try a couple. I wish they had a larger selection and that the colors were a closer match to MAC shadows. Update: Thought this was a good fit in the MAC palette and it seemed secure enough but in less than a week it has fallen out twice and the second time the whole eyeshadow shattered. Between extra time blending and this happening, it isn't worth the headache. I'm going to stop trying these cheaper shadows and just bite the bullet and go back to MAC. I think if you know to glue this down immediately or to buy a magnet to secure it then this may work for you but it's not worth the hassle for me. Leaving it at three stars because the eyeshadow is decent.

good find!
Very nice. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars. It is not a top-quality super-silky "buttery" eye shadow, but it's quite good. It applies smoothly and blends well, and you'll get totally opaque coverage with a couple of layers. No fall-out. I love that it's also affordable and non-toxic. I got the shade Pacific which is a shade of blue that's actually hard to find. It's a medium blue that's fairly deep but isn't dark or navy, it's a warm-toned blue that'll look great on warm brown eyes or amber or green eyes. The shade isn't flat, but it's more matte than shimmery, making it very versatile for a blue. Keep in mind you are only getting a bare eyeshadow pan here, in a thin plastic clam-shell wrapper, inside a tiny paper envelope. There is NO CASE. The shadow (which is standard size, about the size of a quarter) is meant to be placed into a magnetic compact of your choice. Honeyebee sells a compact that'll hold 4 of these shadows, but other compacts will work too, such as the ones made by Z Palette, Aveda, or Anastasia. Or if you are buying only one shadow, I'd suggest just storing it in any very small container, that way you can pop it into your purse or travel bag.

Dupe for MAC Pro Palette Refill Pan
Love the matte muted taupe/light dusty plum shade. I'm not sure what so many customers are complaining about relative to the size of the eye shadow single. It is clearly marked as a REFILL. You purchase this to put into a magnetic eye shadow palette/compact box. It is the exact same size as the round MAC Pro Palette Refill Pan. But, it is more than half the price. Please see my photos for comparison. Colors are not 100% accurate as they are both more dusty plum than they appear in the photos, but they are the same diameter pan and the same depth. Sadly, MAC discontinued the "Quarry" shade.

This is luxe shadow
Yes, it's pricey. Yes it's small. But this is a high quality eye shadow. One application lasts all day. Very smooth and silky. Nicely pigmented. I bought four and I love them all. Definitely a quality eye shadow.

LOVE
I love these refillable pallets and the shadow but It would be nice if I could buy some refills. I took 3 stars away since the pallet is useless if I can not find any refills to buy. So come on and get some refills for sale

This mineral eye shadow has been lovely so far. The packaging is not what you'd normally expect. It comes in a tiny cardboard envelope, and the shadow itself is in a tiny shallow tin that is loose in the envelope. It's hard to explain, but they use no plastic and way less packaging than any other mineral shadow I've come across so far. Pretty cool.

very happy
Best mica-based eye shadow! I love their matte colours. It's not cheap but that is reflected in the quality. Worth it for a great alternative to talc
