Danskin Girls' Gymnastics Solid Sparkle Leotard

The silver leotard fits my daughter but it does run somewhat small HOWEVER that is what I needed for my tiny 3 year old. Be cautious though - the sizing is running all over the place with these. We have a pink, purple, and now this silver that run smaller but work for us. Had to return a red one and some of the printed/patterned ones b/c they were much too big however probably more true to size. My 3 yo is tiny for her age (tall/skinny). I'm not sure if there was an older version running smaller than normal and now they have made the sizing better b/c the pink and purple ones were purchased a few months back and the silver, red, and printed ones were recent. Silver one fits (runs smaller) and the others were too big. seems like luck of the draw. I may try the blue one but am a little worried it could be getting sent back too - there is no way to know. Thankful for Amazon to returns them with no problem (daughter never even tried them on - I could tell them were too big just by holding them up to the ones that fit her)!!

This appears to be a nice, high quality leotard. Unfortunately, I don't think the cut will work for my daughter. This was slightly too large on top and slightly too small on the bottom. She would have to always wear shorts with it, or it would be too revealing. For reference, we got a size large 12/14. My daughter is 70 pounds, 4'9" tall, 25" chest, 21" waist, 27" hips, 49" girth. In shirts she wears size 10 or 12. In jeans she wears 12 slim.

My daughter loves the sparkles and it looks very cute on her. I read previous reviews about the size running small and it truly, truly is very small. She is almost 3 1/2 years old and wearing 3T shirts and pants. I ordered the Danskin 4-6 toddler and it fits like a sausage. I thought I would be safe ordering one "so big" but nope. She's worn it twice and I wish I could exchange for a larger size.

The medium was way too small for my tall 9 year old. The large looks like it fits ok, but it leaves marks on her from the elastic. She says it is comfortable and she wears it every time it is clean. The fabric is very attractive and I like the way it is cut at the top. There are some ripples in the back where it doesn't stretch tightly against her skin. I love the price and it seems to wash well.

This leotard is great quality, especially for the price. I did notice some glitter on the seat in the car but to be expected for a while I think. My daughter is a petite almost 5 year old and it fits perfectly. She still wears shorts over it but it seems like it has good coverage from top to bottom.

Great leotard but runs small. My 3yo daughter wears a 4T in clothing so I ordered her the small which states 4-6. I had to exchange for the Intermediate size 6-7 and it fits her great with a little room to grow. She loves it!

I added my grand daughter's name in jewels to make it a one of a kind. Hot fix jewels would not stick to this fabric. used a fabric glue, and even then, some fell off. The fabric look a little cheap.

The other reviewers said this runs very small, and they were right! My daughter usually wears 3-4T, so I took the other reviewers advice and ordered a size up. I got her a size 5/6 and it fits perfect. The color and sparkles are beautiful, and it seems to be very good quality. My daughter loves it. However, it does run very small so definitely buy a size or two bigger than you normally would!
