They're tongs, so hard to go wrong. I use them for everything - pasta, stir fry, indoor grilling, etc. Haven't had any problems yet and used them several times. Thought the smaller one might be a bit useless, but this two-pack was cheaper than the single packs of the large version, so I figured I'd take the bonus and was pleasantly surprised. The small tongs are long enough that they can be used over heat and will work as a good tong back up plan on days where I'm behind on the dish washing.

These are good quality tongs. They are lockable and machine-washable. The hands are not designed to come off.

These are perfect for non-stick pans as well as for the grill and oven. They grip everything.
