literal steal from the company that sold me this phone, the phone came in excellent quality, battery is good came it at 93%. Now There is obviously tiny scratches you might find on the phone but i guess that’s why they don’t say perfect condition lol, phone works like expected feels brand new especially with that 120 hz display and i got the exact color i ordered, best of all the phone came with the oem charger that apple would provide on an iphone you would get out the box. Overall 5 stars for this reason and i’m very happy with my purchase!!

Fast shipping phone in excellent condition. I've had for just over a month now and still at 100% battery. I will def buy from them again when needed!

Slight scratches to the screen and paint chips around the charging port but other than that the phone works great. No problem so far.

I ordered an unlocked 15 Pro back on June 29th. Phone was perfect but locked. I finally heard back from them after Fourth of July holiday. Per their instructions the phone was picked up by UPS on Jul 11th and received at their facility July 16th. Refund due July 28th. Oh wait, they’re still processing now refund due August 3rd. Nope. Now refund delayed again and could i please send tracking information. I sent the tracking details and chain of custody. Pm Silence again. I ordered from Woot through Amazon due to their longstanding relationship with Amazon and positive reviews. I did not order to get the latest greatest phone (I would’ve gone pro and higher memory if that was the case). I ordered as my current phone is touch and go. I’m caring for an elderly mom and MUST be reachable. Nope. Doesn’t matter to this company. I’m sure there will be other reasons to not refund my money any time soon, if it all. I packaged the phone better than they did and have photographic proof if needed. I HIGHLY recommend getting a phone elsewhere. All I asked was they unlock the “unlocked “ phone. Take your chances if you choose. I’m here still waiting…

Looks new but it was not a pro max

The phone looks great, from the screen to the back, but the battery life is only good. The phone still performs well, the cameras are good, and even after a few drops it still hasn’t cracked.

First of all, there was no mention that this is a US version with no SIM slot and only an eSIM capabilities. I’m with Virgin mobile and this wasn’t an issue for me. Took all of 30 seconds to transfer my service to the eSIM on this phone. I’m not super fond of this as I’m not sure how to get my line back to my physical SIM on my previous phone if needed be. I was told a password would be sent to my email on the delivery date that I would need to provide to the delivery driver to receive the order. That never happened and the package was left on my front porch. Otherwise I was very fortunate to get a phone that’s practically band new and still under limited warranty. It showed up in a iPhone box with all original packaging. There is not a speck of dust anywhere, no scratches or any signs of use at all. Seems like someone just opened the box and returned it without using it. I’m very impressed and happy with my purchase. Removed a star simply because it should have been clear that it is a US version without a physical SIM card slot.

Phone is in good condition, but for being advertised as "Excellent" I would not have expected this big & noticeable of a scuff on the screen and much better battery health. Also pretty annoyed at how much the price dropped since I ordered it only a few weeks ago. 🙄

It is an amazing phone. Didn't find any scratches yet. Only thing wasn't mentioned that it's an eSim. Funny thing is they sent me a pin to insert a sim card. I was confused that I might have missed finding the slot for the sim card. But it wasn't there.

For the Canadians, there's no physical SIM card so it could be a problem. But the phone was looking very good even if there was some sratch. Also the battery was good at 93% with an excellent one.
