The product concept is good, but my unit leaked badly. Too much water pours from the bottom. Not returnable..HOWEVER Mfg. Customer support is GREAT..New unit on the way!!

I have been using this product for a while. It’s easy to use. Qualities is great the machine is well built easy to put together. My allergies are bad as they used to be I recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or suffer with congestion it cleared up my congestion very well and having improved breathing. I give it five stars.

Great value the hydropulse Neo works great. I feel it is an upgrade from the manual neti pots.

I have been a loyal user of NeilMed products for many years and have always been satisfied with their quality. However, recently I purchased a NeilMed product to replace my old SinuPulse machine that had stopped working after several years of use. I followed all the instructions carefully while assembling it. However, when I turned it on the next morning, the saline solution leaked out and made a mess on my vanity. I tried everything to fix the issue, but it kept leaking. I tried to contact NeilMed support through their chat service, but I didn't receive any response. Finally, I contacted Amazon for a return, and they issued me a refund without requiring me to return the product (since it was a health item). I am disappointed with the quality of this NeilMed product and will use the refund to purchase a new SinuPulse machine.

I purchased the product in September after having sinus surgery to remove polyps. The surgery required me to irrigate my sinuses twice a day after surgery and was suggested to continue on daily after I healed. I received the manual NeilMed bottle and wanted something with a bit more pressure and found this machine. I purchased it and put it together and started using it and it works great with the constant and pulsating settings but it would leak from the base all over the counter and I would lose a great deal of solution. I took it apart and put it back together and it stopped leaking for a few uses and then the leak came back. I stopped using it until the other day when my sinuses were very blocked. It cleared the blockage but leaked all over and took two rounds to get one full does of solution. I reached out to NeilMed chat support on their website and withing 2 minutes took my information and are sending me a new unit at no charge. WOW!! Great customer service!! If you have sinus issues I highly recommend the NeilMed products!
