I absolutely love this blue food coloring! The color is beautiful, vibrant, and easy to work with. I used it for cake decorating and was very happy with the results. A little goes a long way, and it gave my frosting a gorgeous blue color without affecting the texture. Great quality and definitely a product I would buy again

Bright bold color. I bought this to use when dying Fourth of July cupcakes. I knew it would be stronger than the things you buy at the grocery store. That was an understatement. Start slow when you put it in because it will get darker and darker as you mix it. The color matches the bottle perfectly. The bottle size was larger than I needed. I have no idea when I’ll use that much blue again. If it gets on your hand, wash your hand immediately. This is pretty strong stuff, but it did not change the flavor of my frosting
