Very comfortable pillow that works well at elevating my neck for less pain when I wake up in the morning.

Helped with better sleep, lowered neck pain and it is good quality.

It's a very comfortable pillow. The cooling works fairly well and I feel a lot more at ease resting my arm under the side of it. My only critique, is my shoulders are more broad then the average person. So as far as support, it feels like it should be a little taller for those with wider shoulders. It feels like it's better suited to the average person, but for those with more broad shoulders, you might need an additional thin pillow under it.

Pretty comfortable, good support. Only real issue is the size - ordered king sized, and they're tiny. I mean barely a regular pillow sized. So just be aware these will not fit well in a king pillow case.

I was really hoping this unique contour would help with my shoulder pain, but unfortunately, I didn't see much result. I tried rotating the pillow and using the different height sections, but the pillow's adjustment ability was not enough for me to find the comfort I needed for side sleeping. The pillow itself feels dense, and the shape retention is excellent; it holds its thickness well. The weight is typical for a large memory foam pillow. It had a slight smell when I first opened it, but that faded quickly, so the smell isn't an issue. I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but the foam seems high quality. My biggest functional issue is that it didn't come with any dedicated pillowcases. While I understand they weren't promised, finding a case that fits this unusual shape is surprisingly difficult, which is a practical hassle. It would be great if special cases were included.

Needed a pillow for side sleeping and cradle my arms under my pillow and came across this pillow. Cover is soft and nice and it fit the needs for sleeping. It’s like a typical memory foam so not too firm but does the job.

La almohada es muy comoda para dormir, tiene muy buen soporte para el cuello. El unico detalle es que dice tamñao KS, sin embargo comparado con otras almohadas KS es mas pequeña. Fuera de eso funciona de maravilla
