I had bought this as a cheaper alternative to the very expensive Balance of Nature. I noticed a big difference when I do and dont take them. When I dont take them, I get more bloated and am not as regular (in #2). I feel a little more sluggish and get more tired easily. Now, when I DO take them, it is the complete opposite. I have energy, I dont bloat, I am more regular, and my days are more lively. I didnt expect too much, but it is much more than I thought it would be. I got used to the smell of the greens, the fruits had a nice to no smell. I’m buying again, great for the money, way better than you would expect from a cheaper alternative.

Works well

Many pros and cons to these supplements. Pros: feeling more energized, makes me feel full for long periods of the day (which helped me lose a couple of pounds after a month), easy to swallow, full of nutritionally value. Cons: upset stomach, bloating for an hour after digestion, taste is not so good (bearable), nausea, sometimes diarrhea I’ve debated stopping the supplements due to the upset stomach feeling but it goes away after some time. If it causes you any discomfort then I’d talk to your doctor about whether it’s worth continuing. I’m going to continue because I’ve started to lose weight but it does cause me some discomforts that may be hard to manage for others

To earn additional stars, the product must outperform expectations and be better than comparable products in some measurable way. Earning reduced stars is obvious: the product did not meet expectations and/or specifications. I tried these because I am eating more meat than fruit and veggies at the moment, and wanted to offset that. I have not noticed anything good or bad while taking these. Like most supplements, I don't notice when they work. I only notice if I quit taking them. That hasn't happened yet.

I have been using this product for almost 7 months and I’m very happy with it. Not only can a single person get two months out of 2 bottles but if you have a partner , you can share the bottles and just purchase monthly. I find it much more cost effective that way! I feel overall much better from when I wasn’t taking it at all. I have a little more energy. I do get really bad burps from the vegetable ones that have an awful garlicky onion taste. It’s just not pleasant at 4 am when I take them. Other than that I think everyone should try them. 2 months is long enough to see if they work for you. Right on the bottle there is a QR code incase you are not happy with your product , it brings you to the help section to return your product. Thankfully I have not needed to use that!

I’ve been taking for about a week and I notice an energy boost. I’ve tried other products but this one really does what it says. I will buy again.
