You get what you pay for
Cheaper end of the scale. Most of the set is fine, but the tongs are not sturdy enough to lift decent sized logs and bend too easily. Looks quite good though.

Bit disappointed
Firstly, from looking at the picture, I thought this was going to be a brushed grey colour - when it arrived it was jet black and not what I was hoping for. Perhaps that was my fault for not reading the description properly. It wasn't a hugely expensive set and so I guess you get what you pay for but I felt the quality wasn't that great - bit cheap and flimsy. Not having bought an inglenook set before, I didn't really know what to expect. I've since looked in a few shops for a replacement and the more expensive ones are def worth spending the extra money on.

Perfect accompaniment for my "electric" log-burner stove
Recently, I purchased an "electric" log-burner stove to replace an outdated gas fire. The 5 piece tool set completed the desired image. It arrived promptly, was well packed and easy to assemble. It was excellent value for money.
