This is a very good choice of product. The Amazon delivery was also very fast. The Jackfruit powder seems very natural, since the texture & smell resembles the purity. We used 2-Tablespoon of powder with rice powder for making Appam. The batter became very smooth and appam very soft. Need to use it 90 days to get the result for sugar control. In a nutshell, it is a very good product and value for money.

Jack fruit powder
Too bitter and odd taste. I tried mixing with raagi powder and cooked. But could't digest the taste. The best one I bought from Amazon is Jack fruit powder 365. Unfortunately, this item is no more available from Amazon.
