Living up north in USA makes winter with less sun. I got this product after someone recommended to me and works wonders. I can tell in my mood and my energy. I do 2 servings per week tho. Since it has 240 softgels I give it my parents too.

Excellent product for those who desire a once-weekly Vitamin D3 product. The 50,000 IU D3 dose is appropriate for once-weekly dosing & the added vitamin K2 200mcg in the desirable MK-7 form is a great addition as it compliments Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is needed to optimize immune function, besides it more well-known role in calcium metabolism/bone health. Professor Bruce Hollis, known as the "Godfather" of vitamin D research, has spent decades researching vitamin D's many desirable effects upon the human body. It is worth watching some of his interviews, some over an hour, on what he has learned from his research on vitamin D. The USDA daily dose of Vit D is from old research, and is the dose required to prevent bone disease, rickets, which is weak , or soft bones. Doses higher than the USRDA may be advantageous to optimize immune and calcium metabolism. Magnesium and Vitamin K2 is very important in calcium metabolism, and compliments vitamin D in attaining proper calcium metabolism. Dr John Campbell and Dr.Pradip Jamnadas MD have excellent discussions of calcium metabolism in the human body and how poor calcium metabolism can increase the risk of heart disease. Excellent product from Deal Supplement and a great price.

These are great. They smell soooooo good. And I think they are legit, I can really feel it. The capsules are pretty small and easy to swallow.

Haven't used long enough to tell a difference. Taking 1 a week you won't be able to take all before the expiration date. But they are very good price. A 52 count bottle would be nice.

I absolutely love it. A fellow nurse gave me the recommendation as my vit D is always deficient. This one, only once a week, and my levels have been ideal. So I am very happy.

Literally the best thing I’ve purchased off Amazon, I’m four days in I take one a day along with calcium and I haven’t felt this good in ages, test is through the roof sleep is deep and organs feel stronger, don’t worry about other review about capsules sticking together they must’ve fixed it or something mine are good mine definitely don’t
