Mous Magnetic Phone Grip and Stand MagSafe and Pixelsnap Compatible Ring Holder

This is not my first Mous purchase and certainly won't be the last. I love these stands. I had one on my last phone (pixel) with a Mous case. Both were exceptional. When I got a fold phone I was pretty sad to see that Mous doesn't make a case for it. But it was only a few weeks before I realized that I preferred the Mous stand over anything else. So, I found a compatible case and got my second phone grip- because my first one had been swiped by my husband for his phone. This stand works to help keep hold of your phone while working on it, or just with hands full, and can be used to prop the phone up while watching, reading, and playing games- even my flip phone in whatever orientation. 100% recommend.

Not sure why everyone it saying the magnet is weak. Maybe they have a thick case on?? This thing works GREAT with my mous case. It does cause issues with my s-pen though, which I had to take it off. Then lost. Now had to buy another. But other than that, I absolutely love this thing.

This is decent. The low weight and low profile are the standout features. Others I've used have been heavy and thick. One thing ALL of these types of phone grips need is an easier way to deploy them. When I want to pull the ring out I have to turn the phone around and grip the phone with one hand while trying to get a finger under the ring to pull it out with the other hand. There needs to be a leverage point or something to allow you to push on one side of the ring to pop the other side out one handed. Another downside is the magnet strength. It sticks to the phone and works as a grip just fine. However it can pop off easier than it should. I've popped it off the case just trying to pull the ring out. Other ring grips I've used I could literally put a finger through the ring and spin my phone around with zero worry about the phone coming detached. This one however I would not chance that with, it is most definitely not strong enough.

Best pixelsnap compatible grip I've found for my Pixel 10. I had the first party ring grip from Google but the screws broke quickly. The replacement also broke within a few months. I tried the Casemate from the Google store but it's bulky and hard to pull out, especially if your nails are short. Also it's too small to properly keep your phone standing vertically. This though, this grip is perfect. Easy to open even with short nails, thin enough to not get in the way during normal use, and the double action means I can easily stand my phone up vertically or lay it horizontally without fear of it falling over. Also sliding a finger through the ring at the back while holding it is very comfortable. Last thing I really like is this is the only one I've found that I don't have to take off my phone in order to mount it on my car stand. If anyone is interested in what car mount I use that is compatible with this, it's the "Kaistyle for Magsafe Car Mount".

Context: Purchased for $20 on BF/CM2025; have used for 3 days so far. I have a Pixel 8 Pro. I bought the cheaper Mous case and the Peak Design Everyday case for $20 each on sale, but the latter was delivered first, so that's what I've been sticking this ring onto. The (not too) Bad: You might not like this if you want the hinge of the finger ring to be in the very center of the phone body; this one is always about 1/2" off-center. I've adapted quickly so it doesn't bother me much at this point. I have the ring rotated three different ways depending on whether I'm holding it or propping it up in portrait/landscape, and there is already a discolored, ring-shaped abrasion on the denim-like fabric on the back of the PD case. Probably wouldn't be a problem if it were rubbing against plastic instead. I'm sure adding some sort of rotation mechanism would probably make the whole thing too bulky for me, plus all that friction is what allows me to feel that my phone is secure in my hand, so I don't mind (yet) some extra wear on my case. The Good: Keeping in mind I've only used this for a handful of days, both hinges find that premium-feeling, macbook-like balance between a firm hold and ease of motion. Once you get past the asthetic side-effects, the ability to rotate the ring means I've yet to find an orientation that the articulated kickstand can't accommodate. By keeping the ring rotated 45 degrees from vertical, I am able to comfortably use the finger ring while holding and easily set the phone down in landscape orientation at a moment's notice. So I'm really only rotating when I need a kickstand in portrait. I am also impressed by how low-profile the ring remains while stowed. Generally everything looks and feels premium. Oh and the magnets are very strong, at least with the PD case. I'll try to update my review after a few months to check in on durability. So far though, this is functionally and as asthetically worth the $20 I paid!

High quality, strong grip, no complaints whatsoever

If they would accept a refund I would gladly give it back. If they won’t I would gladly donate it. It seems to stick good but the minute you drop phone it disappears off the back and where it stops is many times hard to guess. I have made the mistake of finding it and just putting it on and then twisting it to get it in the right position and I started to notice that the dirt from the phone or magnet scratches the carbon fiber Mous Case. It’s quite honestly my least favorite purchase from them.

While the ring stand itself is great and has good uses, I have lost two of these attachments. I really enjoyed it so that’s why I got a second one. At the end of the day the product just comes off your phone too easily and you won’t even notice when it happens. Maybe if they integrated it into a phone case that would be better, but I will not be buying it again.

Had mine for about 6 weeks now and it’s been great. It’s really functional as a stand as you can adjust the angle so much. The strength of the magnet is great - you can carry your phone around using it if you wanted to. Design is sleek and slim. I would say mine has softened a tiny bit, but only to a point that is natural and has actually made it easier to use, not less. It hasn’t marked or scratched and I’m not particularly careful with it. I do agree with others that the 360 rotation is a bad idea - it doesn’t improve functionality as you can just take the magnet off to readjust and it does mark your case. Although I keep mine on most of the time so don’t care and it really is a negligible amount on my hard case. You can only see it looking up close.

Stand/Holder is highly magnetic, solid yet light. Works very well with the Mous carbon Fibre case on the Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra.. Fast delivery from England to Australia. Product recommended and would personally purchase again.

Very nice! Feels good to hold the phone with and it isn't too floppy. The only thing irritating me is that the logo is on the backside and looking into the phone which feels kinda weird... But the rest is top even if it's pricey!
