However, nutrients can be lost during the manufacturing process if it involves heating or drying. It would be good to have concrete evidence of the nutrient content after the manufacturing process. The second thing I want to mention is that after using it as directed, I didn’t personally notice any clear difference in how I felt. No negative effects, but also no noticeable improvements in my overall health. As with many supplements, results can vary from person to person, and this may work better for others. If you have any concerns, its recommended to check with your health care professionals, which should be done if you are taking any other meds or over the counter supplements. I got the all-clear to try them, so I did. The overall taste is good, its not overwhelming. You can slightly taste the berry flavor right before swallowing the capsules. They are easy to swallow, measuring about .75 inches long and .25 inches wide per capsule. Serving size as listed is 3 capsules, so the bottle goes rather quickly. For the price, you might find some good value out of this supplement. A lot of value if you do experience an upswing in any key health factors such as lowering cholesterol and such.

This supplement product arrived on time. I have found effectiveness with this supplement as I am now one month into taking my daily dosage. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no stomach discomfort. My weight loss is minimal at this point, but I will continue to take my daily dosage. I do feel some energy with this supplement. For me, this supplement product is a good value for the money.

This jabuticaba supplement is brightly colored and backed by research for the fruit version. I've been taking it and like that it's another source of antioxidants for me, and from a different source than my usual fruit sources. I can't say that I've noticed a difference in my well-being since I started to take this, but it's also one of those supplements where you get a long-term benefit rather than any noticeable short-term benefits. This is on the more expensive side for a 30-day supply, so I've varied my intake over time, depending on how many fruits and berries I've had as part of my regular diet.
