They line on the glass to line up the metal housing holding bulb in place was just too large. I was able to bend the metal to get the bulb installed, however the bulb burned out in about 1100 hours. Far short of the 2000-3000 stated in the warranty and way short of the 4000+ hours we've gotten out of every bulb we've used in the past. I sent a message for a warranty replacement or refund, but have received no response.
