Great album, loved hearing this as I'd only heard the more recent stuff of his. Some hidden gems and you can see where he got ideas for other songs. All killer no filler

This guy has skills in abundance, this album is a perfect way of seeing those skills.Well worth a purchase if you have any interest in Hip Hop, not that pony you hear in the charts, as that's all mass produced wank!Buy it! stick it on, and enjoy the Aural pleasure it will bring you!!

This guy is one of my favourite MCs. Why? Because he raps about everyday stuff like problems with his girlfriend, the city where he lives, money issues. He raps clearly and he's brilliant at what he does.He's featured on albums by DJ Format mostly where he's always ripped up the tracks he's on.On this album the production isn't the best, sometimes the beats are slow and lazy and whilst he's still a good artist, this doesn't do him justice at all. There aren't that many tracks that you'd want to play at a party for example.Disappointing considering the talent the guy has.

I'll keep it simple. If like me, you are sick to death of plodding, faux gangsta c-rap (take a bow 50 Cent) and the modern rappers preoccupation with bling, bitches and drinking expensive cristal, which diplays all the wit and class of del trotter, then BUY THIS ALBUM.....NOW!!! This guy is a class act. While Eminem drones on about his bloody Mother and Chamillionnaire.....well, I haven't yet found a purpose for that waste of blood and organs, Abdominal raps about riding bikes and queueing at the supermarket and makes it sound like the funniest, coolest things in the world. Thats what most modern rappers seem to have forgotten, hip hop is meant to be fun!

Tell you what.....this guy has rare talent. not only can he make ur feet tap, but he can also make you jump up n down like a luny! This CD is more than worth the money. Pretty much every track is awsome! just dont let your mum hear the "sex with girls" track. They wouldnt approve!That apart.....this truely is fantatic. The beats are so catchy and the lyrics so amusing at times, that you really would have to go a long way to better it. This CD really does do it. Id even go so far as to say it betters his prior work with format.It'll make your wobblies bounce with pleasure all right! All i can say is..... "what the hell are you reading this drivel for? Go out and buy the dam CD!!!!! NOW!!!!".

the one thing i don't like about this review thing is that to be fair you never get any bad things said about the artist/ album. and if you do it's usually some idiot spouting pants!..... rant over, this has gotta Abs' best work so far ( in my humble opinion)stand out track so far has to be Breathe later, please please let me know if you have found an MC with better breathe control....anyway i reckon this album will do well enough without my shoddy critique just FU**ING by it! you wont ever regret it!
