Purchased it specifically to put up while snowed in this weekend and did not come with any of the required hardware to do it Edit: customer service reached out to make it right. I assume I was sent a returned package originally by mistake. Did not come in a box, just a bag with everything opened, no instructions or mounting hardware. They sent me a new package. This one was boxed with everything I needed and packaged properly! I couldn't be happier with this product! Always looking for ways to increase space in my garage and my wife's huge bike was always in the way of charging the car, now it's space saving and out the way! Took me about 20 minutes to install and this includes setting up my speaker, picking a great song to jam to and getting all my tools. A small drill bit, 11mm socket, pencil, level and screwdriver was all I needed! Strong secure mount that seems like great quality! Couldn't be more pleased!!!
